The service was horribly slow. I was visiting from out of town and just stopped in. The french fries were cold and I wasn't impressed with the mac and cheese. I know every place and everyone has an off day. Could have just been an off day.

My experience was absolutely amazing. As soon as we got there we got waited on by Kylee. We just came from a funeral and she was so uplifting and helpful with all of the questions we had about the menu. As she didn’t know the situation we were in she was so kind and treated us as we were her friends. We left feeling full and a new favorite place to go.

Everything was good, except we were asked to leave because there was another reservation coming in and needed our table. We came in for Mother's Day and was just sitting there after eating catching up and talking when the server asked us to leave. There were plenty of tables on the floor that could've served a 12 top That had reservation. I just thought it was kind of rude that we were asked to leave for another party to sit there.
We arrived in time for the reservation. The front desk area was so backed up and disorganized that we never even got to speak to someone before the reservation window expired. After about 15 minutes of waiting and no communication, the line for a table was extended out the entry door of the restaurant and it wasn't even very crowded for a Saturday night. The manager stepped in to help and it made things worse. My husband and I opted to leave and dine elsewhere. This is unfortunate because Cadillac Ranch has always had good food and been a positive experience. I'm hoping it was just a hiccup and things get back on track.
Made a reservation, but they were not prepared. Tables weren't cleared. Several menu items were unavailable. Waitress was good, but extremely busy. LOTS of kids in the restaurant.
You guys need to learn a thing or 2 from Texas roadhouse. Ribs are average, sirloin is average, chicken average. Have some balls charging what you do for your food, nothing on your menu stands out.

$39 for 13oz steak was a bit overpriced when taking into account portions and speed of service. Waitress asked if I wanted the steak redone, but it had already been a very long time to get to the point where our food was avaliable. I should have sent the entire plate back and just asked for a refund. The steak was ordered rare but came out medium. The waitress was very nice, but the kitchen was very slow. It will be a long time before I return.

Our server was amazing! She was very kind, and was there for us every time we needed her. Ill be back just because of her service alone. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious.
