“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“I always receive the best customer service here. This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond every time. The line moves quickly, the staff truly know their stuff, and their manners are so appreciated. I especially want to recognize Amber. She’s been working here for years, and believe it or not, I can even recognize her voice through the speaker. Every interaction with her is consistently positive. She shows up for herself, her team, and her customers — and it’s clear she genuinely loves her job. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.“

“Don't like that it's hard to find parking. Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. Food was ok the batter didn't stick well to the tenders. The employees was very nice an respectful.“

“I have been coming to this location sporadically for the past year, usually to stop for a late-night meal. Two days ago, Sunday, my phone died while I was on the road and I pulled into canes expecting friendly help in my time of need. After speaking with the man up front (I think his name was Tony or toby? Short brown curly hair), I was able to speak with the manager on staff (I think it was Trisha) and was given a charging block to charge my phone enough to get directions. While waiting, I got to watch the way the employees interact with each other, and they definitely have fun there. The food is always fresh and delicious and made right. I think you have the recipe for a great workplace, but personally I think the employees should be allowed to have their phones on them. Restricting an adult's phone usage is odd to me, as someone with leadership experience and over a decade of work experience. If you cant trust your staff to use their phones at the appropriate times, then you should prioritize hiring other people :)“

“Best chicken fingers, and chicken sandwich I've ever had, and didn't get sick after either!! It was not greasy, but delicious and so tender and juicy. The fries were too crispy and hard, which was a bummer but thankfully my sandwich filled me up. For 3 ppl, it was under $40!!!“

“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“

“They have undoubtedly the best spicy chicken sandwich anywhere in the USA. And I'm not exaggerating. I've been trying spicy chicken sandwiches all around the USA looking for anywhere that makes them as well as the ones I tried in Asia. Nowhere ever came close -- until now. They have a Perfect Spice blend in the breading 10/10, Shredded lettuce on a sesame seed bun with mayo 10/10, CHICKEN THIGH BREADED AND COOKED TO PERFECTION 10000/10. I wish I could send a 6th star. I will be coming back again. A lot.“
