Cookie Cookie Ice Cream

I absolutely love this establishment, i came here once and we tried some of the flavors, THAT PEANUT BUTTER icecream is to die for! As a chocolate lover my wife absolutely adored the chocolate icecream and even though she cannot eat a lot of icecream, which sadly she had to discard a bit of it due to being full?, she enjoyed it and i absolutely devoured mine. I had a icecream sandwich between a sugar cookie and a red velvet cookie and it was without a doubt the best icecream i have had in AMERICA! The people behind the counter were amazing to deal with, so kind and respectful. I absolutely feel at home here and WE WILL BE BACK…. TOMORROW!?

Customers service from the white male is terrible he needs to learn how to be more professional than rude to customers not only rude to us, but rude to the customers in front of us food was amazing. Customer service terrible

Disappointed in portion size of 2 scoops in bowl overflowing and second 2 scoops barely filled the bowl. When questioned it one person said it's melting and there other ignored me. No way to treat customers.

Cookie Cookie Ice Cream is what every local business should strive to become. They make put out delicious, homemade products, provide excellent service, and raise up the community around them by supporting folks that need it the most as well as supporting other local businesses to create their products.

Any one of those items would be enough of a reason for me to want to support them, but the combination of it all is even better than the BYO cookie sandwiches or the creative, house-made flavors.

Stopped in on a whim and was so presently surprised! Every worker was beyond helpful and friendly. Even as I saw it get packed. They took the time to “design the perfect ice cream sandwich” . Such a cute place! My kids loved the decor and lucky charm cookie!

Walked in and we were the only people in line waiting to be served. A woman came over and stood there staring at me for about 2 minutes and then would look away when I looked at her. I figured she was waiting for her coworker who was finishing a sundae for the only other customers in the place who were now sitting down. Then they started taking the orders of people behind us who came in after us without ever saying hello or asking if we would like to order. It was so incredibly uncomfortable lol. Eventually we asked if we could order and the girl said yes and my boyfriend ordered a milkshake and then they took the order of 2 more customers that came in after us, before allowing me to give my order. Just a strange and uncomfortable experience overall. Never experienced anything like it before and I’ve worked in customer service for many years so I like to think of myself as very understanding but this just bewildered us both.
