???????????? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST GIANT EAGLE EVER. THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU WANT. TONIGHT AT 6:45 pm LAST DAY OF SALE DELI WAS CLOSED ISN’T THAT SWEET. $3.99 GROUND MEAT THAT IS ON SALE GUESS WHAT “NONE” OTHER THAN THE PHARMACY WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT NEAR THIS STORE. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER THAT SPEND BETWEEN $400/$500 a MONTH.

Walked in and was kicked out by the security guard because I told the person I was with to grab a BASKET! And the security guard thought I called him a bast**d! Absolutely ridiculous. Spoke to Shelly the Manager and she said the Security guard is contracted as not under her control. I asked if I could just continue my shopping and get my prescription and that request was denied because she said “I appeared to be agitated “! Black people can never express ourselves without it being considered aggressive! Note to self!

Good place to shop fresh produce

Such a dirty store. No one working registers half of the time. I went last week, bought a 10 lb bag of potatoes, HALF the bag was moldy. YESTERDAY my mother in law grabbed a 2 lb pack of ground meat, I go to use it, and it is RANCID, as soon as I opened the package my entire kitchen smelled of rotten meat.

I go to this Giant Eagle often. I wish it was a Market District one, but whatever. I have only one major complaint. The pre packaged deli items they have in that case right in front of the deli - while convenient if you're needing meat or cheese while the deli is not open, they are DEFINITELY MISLABELING some items. This has happened to me 3 times... and I know I'm not the only one! The LOL yellow American cheese is NOT what is in the packaging!!! They pack up some giant eagle brand yellow American cheese, and slap the "LOL" brand label on it! Therefore, we are paying extra for mediocre cheese. This really irritates me and really needs to stop. I wonder how many other items they're labeling wrong and how many customers are getting ripped off!!

Surprisingly impressed with this bakery! I beget habe high hopes for grocery store bakeries but the local one was closed so I had no choice. I got a cake with the satin icing and it was delicious and not too sweet. I'm not a cake person but even I liked it. Also super easy to order online and they got everything right!

Had what we were looking for right in front so that was nice and easy, very large store

Caveat emptor! Check the fine print on "Sale" items, since they don't always take them away after the sale is over. :-(
