The lady with blondish hair in the drive thru should absolutely not be working with the public. I placed a kfc order through the app. It was a 2 piece leg and thigh meal. My husband placed an order with taco bell at the drive thru. We get up to the window and the lady gets nasty with us and said we absolutely cannot order this in the drive thru. We need to go in and get it. She shows me two large bags. I let her know those aren't mine and that I only had a two piece meal. She literally starts yelling at my husband and I saying the two large bags are ours. We really should have just taken them since this lady felt necessary to yell at us. She even gave us the finger as we left. This all happened because we told her the large order wasn't ours. It was wild. She very much needs help. This was so far beyond acceptable. There was another worker in there telling her exactly what we were ...the big order wasn't ours. Stay away from this place. As one can see by the reviews, some of the people that work here are so extremely unprofessional and rude. Go to Arby's next door

This place is disgusting food crumbs all over the floor no lids for your drinks you have to ask for your drink and they give you the nastiest look food was cold no apology biscuits were dry. You can hear the employees yelling at each other very unprofessional. A lot of employees on their cell phones and none of them were wearing gloves touching people's food disgusting I'll be calling the health department!!
This is a combo kfc/ Taco Bell restaurant. I think they should choose what they want to be and end their identity crisis. Missing food from both sides. Tacos were nasty. Completely wrong chicken sandwich. Had to remind them I needed drinks a few times.

The instant mashed potatoes and gravy, oh and the coleslaw was decent. I got 4 piece original recipe tenders, and oh wow, they were the WORST tenders I've ever tasted. They were hard and not even chewable. So I guess there's another restaurant I will not be ordering from

You ever wanted to wait for 40 mins to get food and then you see the employees eat your food with no gloves. Look no further than this KFC/ tacobell. The staff rude, the lady cook was on the phone the whole time and didnt have gloves on while make my food. They there were employees were sitting down in the back. After I asked for a refund because I need to get back to work the staff got rude. NEVER WILL BE BACK HERE AGAIN WITH THIS STAFF. The only good employee was the cleaning lady. (1 star is being generous)
