Idk what was going on tonight, but it literally took us an hour and ten minutes to get the order we placed online. It wasn't just that they were backed up, because literally nobody was getting their orders. The nice young kid in the Vans sweatshirt seemed to be maybe the only person doing any work, so he finally got our order together when he showed up. Five stars for him. Zero stars for everything else.

Very unprofessional workers for lack of being able to use a much more derogatory word 😂. The place ain't ever busy on the inside yet consistently is dirty, it's filthy. EVERY single table had food all over it. The workers all screaming at each other and joking around, the woman worker giving customers dirty looks. The chicken definitely isn't fresh, nothing was fresh. They have their food sitting out along time. They could honestly care less. Even the counter where you order is sticky covered in gunk and so is the fountain drinks area. Nasty place don't come here

Chicken was dry I was so hungry I ate it I was in a hurry on my lunch break I didn't want to say anything because they were busy but everyone was so friendly

This restaurant has given me food poisoning. Along side the manager screaming at the employees, the floors were sticky and so was almost every table and booth. The drink station was disgusting. Please go to literally any other location and I pray this on gets shut down

After 20 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru for a three-piece hot honey mashed potatoes and mac and cheese I got no mac and cheese at all I ended up getting old chicken of some kind. This really sucks

Never seen a crew work so slow. Took over 30 mins to get through the drive through line, with only three cars in front of me. This has occurred more than once.
