Paid extra for double lettuce tomato and pickle, received sandwich with no condiments or toppings. Went to the counter to ask for lettuce tomato and pickle, and the manager can't even speak well enough to put a sentence together, ended up misunderstanding me and putting onions on my sandwich. I'm allergic to onions. Luckily I checked the sandwich before I bit into it.
It's hot in here and everybody's got a sour attitude. This place sucks

This McDonald’s is absolute trash from the employees to the crappy Food they make. I suggest if you got wheels head to the McDonald’s on 65 cause it’s definitely not as bad as this one smh

The lady working the counter (Ebony) was very pleasant, efficient & helpful. She offered to bring our food to out table and it was hot & fresh. She even came back over to see if everything was alright! I almost forgot we were in a fast food restaurant because she really went above the standard greeting at the register.

After ordering online they told me they’re not accepting orders and told me I’d be refunded. The place looked open so I was confused why they didn’t block off their drive through or do anything to indicate they were closed. I hope I get my money refunded

Easily one of the worst locations in the Pittsburgh area. Most of the staff, (not all) are ignorant and could care less. Food is often cold, and appears to be thrown together. I could go on but really what's the point. Avoid this location!
Small but surprisingly nice. Ti was friendly and very nice. McDonald's needs to use the staff here as a model

I come to this drive-through for my morning coffee a few times a week. Also, Bring my kids on weekends. Shout out to: an employee named Warren. He deserves my compliments! An APLUS employee. Smiles and makes everything fun & special for my 2 kids. We always leave with a smile !
