I had ordered two Happy meals two quarter pounder cheese meals and an extra drink had got two chocolate milks for the kids meals but was missing one Happy meal just told I was only charged for one why did I have two drinks then they rectified the situation promptly thank you very much

AVOID THIS PLACE. Went to the drive thru last night. Pulled up to the speaker and asked if they had a chicken Big Mac value meal. OBNOXIOUS employee yells thru the speaker, "WE AIN'T GOT NO CHICKEN BIG MAC VALUE MEAL!" I said, "okay then I'll have a chicken Big Mac sandwich and a large fry, please." Employee replied: "WE AIN'T GOT NO CHICKEN BIG MAC CUZ WE RAN OUT OF THEM EARLIER TODAY!! " To which I replied, "Then why is it still showing on your menu? Response: I DON'T KNOW!!" Drove over to WENDY'S and had POLITE INTERACTION WITH THE EMPLOYEE. Got my food quickly and drove off.

I've reported this location on multiple occasions for several different things. For example, we went there tonight and we thought we ordered 2 drinks with our order. Come to find out we weren't charged for it. But the individual at the window said very rude said "here's your 2nd drink and your receipt " and shut the window. If you would've said "sorry sir it wasn't on your order let me see what I can do." If that was the case, and how it was presented we would've paid for the additional drink. I get it it's fast food, I get it's some people's 1st job. But don't take your bad day out on your customers.

Went to the take out. Ordered 1 Big Mac xtr sauce 1 Big Mac NO SAUCE and 1 med. fries.
Opened the bag at home NO FRIES, AND SAUCE ON BOTH BIG MAC’s. This is not the first time these people have screwed up an order, and they want $15 hr. It will be a long long time before I go back. Wendy’s is just as close and has NEVER screwed up an order.
