The line for the drive thru is always long and it literally takes forever to get your food. Usually, there is at least 1 mistake made where an item has been forgotten causing me to have to go inside. The last time I was there my order was about $40, I paid with a $100 bill, they gave me a stack of 50 $1 bills for my change. I wanted to go ballistic. It isn't possible they didn't have the change considering the business that location pulls in.
The lady working the counter (Ebony) was very pleasant, efficient & helpful. She offered to bring our food to out table and it was hot & fresh. She even came back over to see if everything was alright! I almost forgot we were in a fast food restaurant because she really went above the standard greeting at the register.
I come to this drive-through for my morning coffee a few times a week. Also, Bring my kids on weekends. Shout out to: an employee named Warren. He deserves my compliments!
