Went out for our Sunday drive..My wife saw the Rockefeller's sign! I had never heard of this place. Had an absolutely perfectly prepared and served beautiful late afternoon Brunch! Way to go!! I had the Pittsburgh steak sandwich and a very large bowl of crab chowder. Loved it! Thank you guys, it was a wonderful treat.

Food was horrible . Service was even worse. Got the stuffed shrimp and mashed potatoes and the potatoes were flavorless and dry. My husband got the wings oil needs changed and wings were over cooked
We had my brother’s baby shower here on August 9th. They did an amazing job accommodating us and meeting our needs and more! I would recommend this place for just regular dining, but also any special event that wohls utilize their banquet room!

We have been coming here for years. I have tried many things. NEVER had a bad experience or a bad meal! It’s all home cooked meals and the staff are wonderful and have been there a long time which tells me the owners treat their employees well!
The lovely Dina for example. Everyone knows/loves Dina!! Best bartender ever!! This “Pittsburgh Style Sandwich” crushes the other chain that makes these! Got 2 meals from this!

First w will say if you want a calzone you will want to order it as soon as you sit down because it takes 40 minutes.to cook. That being said service was wonderful. Inexpensive for the portion size. Many great options. Burgers, wraps, Italian specialties, tacos, etc. So something f0r everyone.

After an enjoyable day out and about with Olesia and Andrea, we opted to stop at Rockefeller's Grille for dinner since it had been a while since we had eaten there. We arrived at 5:25 pm for dinner and were immediately seated. Waitress came and took our drink order and then took food order at the time we received out drinks with was probably no more than 7-8 minutes later. Waitress checked and placed a 2nd drink order. At 6:40, an hour and 15 minutes later, I asked for a manager. Manager called with waitress who brought part of our order. Mind you, not the entire order. Manager made excuses about the kitchen staff not having it together and said she was "comping the meal". In an hour and 20 minutes prior the Manager did not check on any tables or converse with any customer. Waitress did not check back after dropping off 2nd drinks. We took our food to go after they finally brought the remainder of it out. Once home, 15 minute max trip, we checked out food. French fries were cold and soggy, this tells me they sat for quite a while. Italian hoagie barely warm. Rueben was warm on top, cold in the middle and soggy on bottom. Another indication it had been sitting under heat lamp. Gnocchi, were warm, but extremely soggy and dough.. The table next to us came in 45 minutes after us, received their soup, salads and appetizers before we received our food. Food was less than mediocre, service sucked, and the staff was horrible. If the kitchen is that understaffed, the manager should have personally been checking on customerservice or made the decision to close for the evening. Oh their Sunday July special was stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes. They didn't have stuffed cabbage all day. It will be a cold day in hell before we step foot in that restaurant again.

The two times I was here were for very special and heartfelt occasions. My grandfather's 90th birthday, and a family member's passing. We held a party there for both occasions and the staff were really nice and sweet. The banquet room is large and open, easy to talk and enjoy the food and the people around you.

While visiting friends they took me here. I was forewarned by them and by the wait staff that they serve huge portions. THEY WEREN'T KIDDING. I ordered the turkey club, which normally I can eat all of. It wasn't any way I could eat more than half! I can't emphasize enough that you need be prepared when you order food here that you are going to be taking some home.
The wait staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. This is one of the greatest places I've ever been to for a restaurant. Looking forward to going back the next time I visit my friends.
