This would be a full five star review if corporate would fully staff this very busy branch. There is consistently only one person working and they are very kind very sweet and very empathetic. The workers are amazing. What isn't amazing is seeing a line practically out the door while the poor employee is scrambling to keep up. This is cruel. Staff this store properly so your employees can deal with the capacity they are at and stop thinking about shareholder value for once...
Chris is the nicest human I’ve ever met. I didn’t know what to get and he made me the best drink I’ve ever had and I feel like we’re best freinds now. Everyone there (Dia) was sooo kind to me and made the whole experience soo good. AND THE DRINK WAS FIREEE 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think this has the potential to be a really decent Starbucks, but only it they staffed it appropriately. No exaggeration, I see SO many people step in line and step back out of line and walk away because only one person is working at many different points throughout the day. I take the bus from here every morning and would love to be a patron, but not if I have to get to the store 15-20 min early for a drink.
