This place is a good example of don't judge a book by its cover. Looks like just another regular inner city convenience store, but the food is surprisingly good. Fwiw, I've only so far had the cheese steak and fries, but they were really restaurant quality. For the cheese steak they use a nice, high quality bread, and the cheese steak is grilled up with lots of good bell peppers and onions, topped with lettuce, tomato's, and mayo if you wish. McKees Rocks staple ... I've worked in the area for over 20 years and used to go there often. With the bridge closed I didn't want to travel over to 65 to grab lunch and decided to give this place a shot again. I was not disappointed. I got a BBQ cheese steak and homemade chips. They had it ready to pick-up quick. Everything was hot and cooked correctly. Strongly recommend!
I don't eat there I ant got no teeth and they toast there subs but I buy cigarettes there there are like the cheapest around LD were 5.89 but went up to. 6.52 that still cheap.
