12/18/25 10:38am, sat at the drive thru for over 6 minutes. No one took my order or acknowledged that I was there, so I went next door to Arbys. Also there was some guy stumbling through the parking lot like he was on drugs or something. He sat a can down on the ground and punted it, so that was kind of weird as well.

❌ Very disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and they left my food sitting on a tray by the counter without ever calling my name even though I was standing right there. The worst part is that I actually heard them talking among themselves saying they couldn’t find the name on the order. They literally didn’t know whose food it was, yet later claimed they had called my name. Completely dishonest.
They forgot my sauces, my food was ice cold, and even though I ordered to-go, they didn’t bother packing it until I pointed it out. This level of carelessness and attitude is ridiculous.
Terrible service, cold food I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

This is a combo kfc/ Taco Bell restaurant. I think they should choose what they want to be and end their identity crisis. Missing food from both sides. Tacos were nasty. Completely wrong chicken sandwich. Had to remind them I needed drinks a few times.

The food was brilliant yesterday!😊😊😊 The chicken nuggets where freshly prepared from real chicken, the nacho bellgrande was delicious. The greatest KFC/Taco Bell in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Excellent work KFC/Taco Bell friends. 👍😊

This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme combo. Especially said that I need chicken in all the tacos, including the crispy ones. And I told them to add some hot sauces to the order. They even charged me more for chicken. But when I got the order(drive-thru). I drove home, and there were no hot sauces when I checked. And the tacos had beef in them. I had to wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes( there were no cars in front of me. I was the only one in the drive-thru). What is the point of waiting ten minutes for three tacos and not enjoying them? BIG NO TO THIS STORE.
Nuggets were old and dry. The soda machine was absolutely disgusting
