Never again will order from here food undercooked takes too long and half the time there’s barely any workers or they just sitting around would go to Avalon or Cori before ordering from this place.

Consistently bad service. You get a "we're too busy" pre-recorded message any time you call, 9/10 my chownow order gets cancelled, and when you go to finally pick it up it's like they wait until you show to put your order in the fryer. Doesn't matter if you arrive after pick up time or not. Really not worth a second star cause a lot of the time the order is also wrong. Good thing I love wings idk why I keep trying

We just ordered wings, and quality has went way down. Ehh haven't ordered in awhile figured we'd try. And remembered quickly why we stopped ordering.

these wings don’t disappoint they are the best wings in kennedy easily. they also have a very nice grill menu, stop by here any chance you get.

Very dry and unsaucy wings. Overdone wings aswell. I expect some sauce on my wings if I order it with it! Manager very unprofessional and arrogant told me no refunds. Worst 39$ I've spent in a long time. It's a dang shame and has me shaking my head. I expect quality chicken wings from a big shot bobs. Wont be back.

Ordered 13 honey bbq wings, was given 11

The customer service is absurd. We ordered in person for a to go order. 2 orders of bone in wings and 1 boneless wings. When my son came out with the bag it was clear that something was missing. We checked the order and went back in to find out where the boneless wings were. The young man behind the counter said “didn’t he tell you? We’re out of boneless wings.” Well no he didn’t because we would have ordered something else being that we all wanted to eat dinner. On top of that, we were charged for them. So then of course he deflected and made sure to say it’s not his fault. Ok we know, the other guy that was nowhere to be found took the order. So now, in order for my son to have his dinner (which was not even what he wanted) we had to wait another 30 minutes for him to cook it while mine and my daughter in laws food got cold and the fries and cheese sticks got soggy. So disappointing. No offers to make it up to us, just oh well. Unfortunately that was the first time I went there and I’m sure it will be the last.

This place is a joke and the manager is to! They messed my order up and refused to make it over..as a business owner they are dead wrong! I hope they lose business honestly..I ordered 13 wings and a salad and I got the wrong food without remorse but u took my money! Beware! And the food look dry as hell that was sent

Door dash didn't check to make sure order was there and they didn't send the full order fries were half cooked and cold and the cheese was changed AWFUL you to love this place.

The man was answering the phone and making the food by himself. Was super nice on the phone and made our food super fast. Give this man a raise!
