The service at this Wendy's is always hit or miss just like the chances that they are consistently out of very specific items, or there are items missing from your order entirely. I'd personally rather just drive the extra couple minutes to go to the one on Steubenville Pike as I've yet to have issues at that location. Update 8/27/25: tried this Wendy's again, they like to have you pull away from their windows to not affect their drive thru timers which leaves them room to take however long they want, then when they finally come out and give you your food 10 minutes later, they bring just the drinks, and the drinks aren't right. Another, different person comes out to bring your food, between the white boy and the black girl in the morning shift you'd think they were being held at gunpoint with how terrible their customers service is. Also, idk how you could do this as a fast food restaurant, but somehow the quality of the food has gotten worse.

Would give this place a zero tried to order a grilled chicken with cheese and bacon the person at the register was telling me they couldn’t do that, I don’t know why I expected anything different with it being fast food, no restaurant should ever tell someone what to eat on their sandwich, low level environment kids not wanting to do there job

Nothing like going to the Kennedy Wendy’s! Talking to the miserable employees to place your order that 9/10 times don’t let you finish your order before they mumble out “$xx.xx second window” then disappear. Just to not get 1/2 your food and 0 straws. Chicken sandwich’s had mold on the bread, missing sauces, nuggets are ice cold, fry’s have no salt.
I’ll just go to McDonald’s or Chick-fil-a.

I haven't had fast food in like 5 years. Got a baked potato and it was sooo salty. Had that bite and garbage got the rest. Waste of money. I'll make my own food. Fast foods are bad for your health and your children's health.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window, and... that's it. I was never greeted and waited long enough that I just figured they closed early or something (got there at about 10 after 11 and they close at 12). When I went to leave, I pulled around the side of the building and, much to my surprise, saw them serving two other cars in the drive-thru. I didn't need to be served right away, but not even being acknowledged for long enough that I thought they were closed... that seemed somewhat disrespectful. So I left and went to the much more professional Taco Bell up the street by the Giant Eagle.
I would not even give one star if possible food cold overcook dry and can't even follow or make an oder right I oder here twice in the last 2 months to see if change both times oder messed up and cold but had to wait for my oder and was not busy and the hamburger supposed to be cook fresh not old and dry if I was anyone I would stay away form getting food here I had someone else oder for me to see if the food would be better still bad as hell

I've heard people complain about this place, but I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. Honestly the food is better than other locations too. My burgers are never smashed up and sloppy, they were neat and almost commercial like and the fries are always fresh and never tasted like they sit out and cold . Seriously, this the pine hollow location I've been too!
