As far as Wendy’s go the service is pretty good. You can tell which ones are managed poorly this and this isn’t one of them.

I got two fish sandwichs and I got sick because of them the food was old the managers on duty need fired they were rude smell like weed and looked bad I will never go back to this Wendy's again I never had service so bad in my life this one needs closed down or new people working I hear a lot of people say to make food fresh but they never do I guess that is why I hear that today when I went to drive through this place is a joke the Parking lot is dirty and litter all over it the people that work there are very rude and very slow and don't even talk and laugh at ya when you tell them how bad service was and don't offer to do anything I hope you close this one down I went in bathroom a few weeks ago bathroom was very dirty and didn't smell good and it had a lot of trash everywhere on floor and dirty walls the manager and a lot of people are always on their phone and not talking to people in the store and making people wait to get stuff the fish was very old tonight I am sick because of it and the manager didn't care both of them they were very rude tonight they smell like weed

Team member at window never said a word to me - handed me a bag of cold fries and mushroom bacon burger that was so sloppily put together I threw it out.
Cashier wasn't very personable. Food was on point. It is just Wendys, high school kids mostly.
Weird of me to think that I'd expect a little more personality from the cashier instead of a blank stare. I got more words from the cook handing me a side of mayo, than the cashier.

Poor service. Stood in line for over 15 minutes and was the only person in the dinning room. Had 2 workers come over and say someone will take your order soon. But nobody ever did. Just walked out
