We received our order and it was wrong when I called back I was told they couldn’t do anything because they are getting to many returns when I said I couldn’t eat them. He hung up on me. Very poor customer sevice

Pay over 8$ for cheese balls and literally got 6 of them also ordered 2 gryros not 1 but 2 of them!!! go to open sauce it RANCH called them back about the zitki sauce they say we are out of it. Umm why not say that when I ordered my gryos.. this place is a joke save your money n go else where that simple!

Ordered a hoagie for my daughter and I to share. Requested no onions as I have an allergy to them. Food came, hoagie was soggy, very little meat and low and behold it had onions. I called the store and the person who answered was nice and said let me get a manager. Manger asked if I had touched the food and I said yes, that's how i knew there was onions. He got very rude and said nothing we can do if you ate the food. I said I still have my half and he hung up on me. I will never order from there again and I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge. Had he not been rude it would have been another story but to basically tell me too bad and hang up? Hope the owner sees all these reviews. Terrible hoagie and even worse customer service.

I recently placed an order for delivery for a group meeting. The order never came and I could not get through to the restaurant, leaving us with no food. Google and the website both said it was open and the site let me place my order. I went to the restaurant and lights were off. They called me the next day saying there was a gas leak and apologized for the situation. I was promised the food to be delivered for lunch, around noon. Once again, left without food. They never called or tried to rectify the situation. I called and they answered "we don't open till 4 call back". How is this place still in business?! I will NEVER consider ordering from here again.

I have placed three orders with Broadway pizza in the past 3 months. The last time I ordered pizza it took longer than expected for delivery it was OVER an hour after i was told 30 to 45 minutes. When I called the shop they told me they had to make it all over again.??? I did not tip the driver very well because of the fact that the delivery was longer than expected and they could have called me to let me know what was going on. I wanted to place another order for today and was told they no longer delivered to my area. I also ordered Broadway pizza when I am at work with my co workers also but I guess that is not happening anymore.

I order from them consistently but these past months they've been lying about closing early, the delivery drives show up 20-30 minutes later than the 45min-1hr that I'm told and still expect a tip at the door. Food is good but the customer service and service just went down hill. Anytime you call they're yelling PLEASE HOLD or jus let the phones ring and get mad when you call more then once

I love Sicilian style pizza. I made a huge mistake getting excited about my ordering it. It's a shame I can't attach a picture. The crust was almost burnt to where it separated from the rest of the pizza. It was so dry i kept spitting it out until I realized I could just take the crust right off the bottom in one piece. Just nasty. I called and complained today and they sent me a different pizza. So A+ for customer service.

I called in and ordered to be delivered to me for the steak fries. The representative I spoke with advised me that I would receive steak fries and gave me a cost of $14 and some change and I asked her what’s the price she told me steak cheese and fries and I said can I have a side order of ranch dressing they sent me Steak fries without the steak and there was bacon on there and refused to accommodate me and hung up on me and the guy was the manager. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. I will never order again and I would advise that anyone else who orders there , maybe another order somewhere else
