I love coming to this Dunkin' location in the mornings! They're always friendly and they know me and my husband since we come by everyday for our own orders as well as doordash orders.

Outside ordering at the window I said I wanted two orders and the sound that the manager made left me feeling that I was putting him out. All I was getting was A dozen of donuts per order. As I pulled up to the window to get the donuts I had a look in to see if the poor guy was slumped over the counter because of all the noises he was making while waiting on me. The donuts weren’t great at all but next time I will definitely go way out of my way to get Krispy Kreme doughnuts which are much better donuts than Dunkin’ Donuts.

This place is not clean. The food is ill prepared. Donuts are thrown in the bags. Trays aren't properly cleaned. Employees never wash hands but change gloves without sanitizing. Needless to say, they are rude, never friendly, and the manager will tell you it's your fault if you complain about the.food. I only hope that the attitudes of the employees and the cleanliness of this place improve. Cause right now, I wouldn't trust a dog to eat here. I had ordered half dozen of donuts and two large iced coffees; and when I got home, I didn't realize the one jelly, donut was burnt and cracked open underneath. I called and asked what happened, and the manager told me Im was lying as if there was no way one was burnt out of others cooked. I couldn't believe she was disputing my word. I thought to myself well things happen. I am.an honest consumer and she is 🤙 mg me a liat. Im not making this up. Next thing I know she said don't cuss at me, and I said Ma'am I never cussed at you. That was the end of my conversation, and I decided to escalate it. I decided to make the public aware, file a complaint with the corporate office, and file a complaint at the health department. I pray beware of entering and buying from here. This store is located in McKeesport PA. The manager does not implement sanitary practices, and may exemplify mental health issues and unprofessionalism. Make sure you watch their practice of food service when ordering and check your donuts underneath.

Parking: Hard to get into the lot due to extreme traffic patterns
This Dunkin’ donut needs to be closed permanently how you a donut place and run out at 6pm mind you they close at 9 this place do not need to be here if the establishment is going to be unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
