After a bad experience with my wife and I and after both of us contacting corporate, without any response...... my wife contacted the store manager and was told a gift card would be issued, still nothing after a week! Corporate responded to the review without any way to reply or contact

Slow service for take out. They were in the middle of making potato soup(it was after noon) restaurant seems run down and dreary.

Food is good with friendly staff but it always could be a little cleaner at the booths, both seats and table are always a little dirty sadly. But over all sanitary and clean plates and silverware with food that always sits well.

Kid-friendliness: Smilely cookies available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. 2 sets of Double doors will need to be opened for them though.

I currently live nearby and it's a nice place to stop and eat. It's very cozy inside, despite only having one section open.

Food is pretty good too, I'm a sucker for the super burger now.

I have no complaints.

Vegetarian options: They have a section for vegetarian Burger

Would you believe this is the best Eat `n Park in the county? Yep, even better than Murray Ave. in Squirrel Hill! Don't be cowed by the neighborhood, stop in and get some grub if you're in the area. These people take pride in their jobs. I'll take this location over North Versailles or Monroeville any day.

Kind of lackluster. The food is really expensive. Ordered a family meal and it would only reasonably feed 2. Came out to over $11 a plate. A small plate. Said 20 chicken tenders. We got 13. Some were only small pieces.

My friend and I went there for lunch 2 days ago. The waitress was pushy and kept showing up before we had a chance to look at the menu. And interrupted our conversation many times without an apology. The restaurant was 98% empty, so there was no excuse for her behavior. Food was ok, not hot, but eatable. My cream of broccoli soup was Luke warm. The iced tea had very little ice.
I likely will not go there again.

Everything was excellent!!! My grandson wanted to go there on his last day of school. He really enjoyed his Oreo Milkshake, along with our burger and fries.

Parking: Parking all around the building. Maybe 25-30 spots. About 4-5 handicap spots.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. They give kids crayons and paper to keep them occupied. They give kids free Smiley Cookies ?.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and sidewalk leading up to the door is flat and smooth. The door is wide enough to get a wheelchair through.
