Service was horrible waited 10 minutes to be seated so under staffed waitress tried but failed horribly dam near waited 25 minutes for food that was wrong and had to send it back only upside was the restrooms where clean other than that never coming back here to the McKeesport location again

Ordered delivery tonight and was extremely disappointed! We got two salads, and they were about as small as the dinner side salad! Plus didn't get the bread that came with it! $83.00 and this is what we get!

Service was terrible from the moment we stepped in took 10 minutes to sit at a table. The waiter turned out to be nice, but I didn’t agree with the Manager in the rules on the menu. I tried to order an entrée meal with premium sides which it was Fish and the premium side (shrimp 3 for $3.00) he wasn’t allowing the waiter to add my order. I was willing to pay the extra fee but twice he denied her placing my order. The ignorant part is that not once did he come out and explain to me why I couldn’t order a $16 piece of fish with three shrimp that cost $3.20 on the side as my Side when I was willing to pay the extra money this happened last Saturday. I will never go to that Eat’n park again in McKeesport.

After a bad experience with my wife and I and after both of us contacting corporate, without any response...... my wife contacted the store manager and was told a gift card would be issued, still nothing after a week! Corporate responded to the review without any way to reply or contact
