Walked into a KFC on rodi road in Penn hills pgh pa. The lobby was full of dirt leaves and garbage. Walked into the restaurant any way this floor was sootier greesier, black didn't look like it had ever been mopped. The windows were smearier also looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We left without ordering
Stood there for at least 20 minutes was not greeted or asked if they could help us.
I didn't want to go in after seeing the dirt however we did anyway. My point is that when you walk into a business the first impression is important and I wasn't sure if the food was safe with all the filth.
I hope you take care of this problem since in the food service industry cleanliness and service are important.

I believe it was the manager who was very abrupt when asking what I needed. That I could handle, however, what I cannot handle was an employee goes outside to take a break comes back in touches her face and does NOT wash her hands. She just put on a pair of gloves. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this KFC.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking for the handicapped but I would not recommend going in because the doors are extremely hard to open if you're in a chair or have problems with your upper body.

One of the best tasting KFCs that I have visited since living in the US.

Was there this year . seems like the food and service is great . i never had a bad time with them or never had horrible food. Can be a bit pricey though. But worth it. Lets keep KFC in business please everyone !

I get drive thru and they are very quick and you don't feel like you are eating fast food

Good Food - Good Service !!!

Unfortunate Experience at KFC - Discrimination and Poor ServiceI recently had a regrettable experience at KFC where I encountered discriminatory behavior and poor service. Despite repeated attempts to place an order, the staff failed to understand my English accent, resorting to rudeness and attempts to make fun. Feeling humiliated, I left the establishment. Discrimination has no place in any business, and it's disheartening to see such behavior at KFC. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.
