Why do they say open when they are not ever open. The morning crew is the best, after that you have a bunch of kids working with what seems like no supervision. I've seen people playing on their phones at the window. I've smelled weed coming from inside the store when they open the window to say we're closed no staff yet there's employees standing around in there. Someone from upper management needs to get this resteraunt in check or close it. Its rediculous and unfortunately its the closest one to me and my one grandchild loves chicken nuggets or id never go here.

It took 45 minutes to get an online order despite receiving a notification two minutes after pulling up that it was ready. Seems like a way to make their turn around time on mobile orders look better than it is, but who wants to stand around for 40 minutes watching the workers play with bags and flirt? Order was wrong when we eventually got it. Will drive out of my way to avoid now.

Nice people but dysfunctional place. Ordered one burrito and a diet coke. I was the only person at the counter and it took 10 minutes. They were very nice and gave me two. My drink was warm and had no ice. I guess they were out of ice. The other serious is was whoever mopped the floors used greasy water so all the floors were crazy slick and dangerous for people.

Terribly run. Shuts the store down to drive through only even though it's obvious there are plenty of staff to operate the store. Very long lines.

The hours need updated because this place is not open 24hrs which is fine but when I show up at 9:20 PM to pickup my mobile order I placed in the app I expect the place to be open. Pitch black parking lot, no sign saying they’re closed, and a single employee telling me to leave with hand signals instead of getting on the intercom to tell me the place is closed. Just don’t expect to get service here after a certain time.
Ordered on door dash it took a while so I went to call about my food just to see if the quality was still OK since a dasher wasn't found I was hung up on twice then when I finally got ahold of someone I simple told them I was calling about the order and the woman cut me off in a very rude tone saying "I dont know mow many time I gotta tell yall people that it's a problem with doordash not them and to stop calling"
I was so shocked I didn't get to talk or explain that wasn't my reason for calling so I called back again and was met with them playing a really loud screeching audio into the phone and hanging up on me
Don't waste time calling to complain the staff is so very rude and disrespectful. I understand being busy but that's never an excuse to be ignorant because of a few annoying call ins

Take the 10 minute longer drive to the one on 30. Kinder employees and they’ll make up for the 10 minute drive by having half the wait time.

Made the mistake of trying this place twice. Both times led to 15-20 min waits in drive thru lines for no apparent reason. Food was fine but don't expect service in a reasonable timeframe.

I'm mostly leaving this one star review because they have a problem with overtaxing people. so they're supposed to tax people at 6% in this state but for some reason this McDonald's tax is at 7%. It's been that way every time I've gone there. Seems sus
