They have been there for over 30 yrs. I worked at a candy Warehouse next to them. I would go in there for buns for my lunch. Any a whole of stuff which has been nothing but quality. Ordered two dozen cupcakes and two dozen dinner rolls . The cupcakes are put in a box all the icing is a mess they look horrible to serve for a party . They should be in a cup cake container . I had to pay in full when I ordered .name on order was not even close to mine they could not find my order . Never again I called and was told box was made for cupcakes bull it's a cake box. Even giant eagle has cupcake containers to keep them nice . Shame on you .I have never seen cupcakes packaged like this .

I have been going to Minerva Bakery since childhood. I started getting my nut rolls and other various snacks that remind me of seeing my mother bake for us as a kid. I recently purchased a cake from them for my birthday and I must say, it was FANTASTIC. It was made to Perfection. Hats ? off to all the staff. The cake is/was light and melt in your mouth fluffy. The icing,(Buttercream), was beautifully mixed and sweetened to perfection. I mean it was just right, not overly sweet and melted in your mouth with every bite. The strawberries and the strawberry whipped middle layer just added to the deliciousness. If you have yet to order a cake from them you need to make it a must. Thank you Minerva for such a Wonderful Cake.

We love Minerva’s birthday cakes, have been our go-to since my mom ordered my 1st birthday cake 34 years ago! My mom would even bring me Minerva cakes when I moved out of state. Yesterday, my stepdad went to pick up the birthday cake that my mom ordered for him Tuesday at 10:17 AM, marble batter with blue balloons and raspberry filling in-between the layers, total was $32.99 for Wednesday pick-up at 1:00 PM. When my stepdad walked in, they said that they did not have the cake and never got the order. I’m not sure how he handled it, or if he was offered a replacement or any sort of thing to make up for the error, but regardless, he left empty-handed. Mistakes happen, we understand, but this was a disappointing experience.
My family has purchased cookies and cakes from Minerva’s for years. Everything is always fresh and delicious.

This was the Most Disappointed cake I Ever had from Minerva and I been getting cake's for years! The cake was a lopsided part of the batter was over and undercooked which made the whole icing in the middle lopsided and the cake was dry. This was my husband's birthday and retirement cake luckily he doesn't really care but I do.This cake was $66 dollar not sure if I will order again.

The best ever paska raisin bread! They use not only dark raisins but the golden raisins! Love it! Also they make a braided breakfast roll with nuts/or without and 3 different fruits. We bought the lemon/apricot/cherry. Then it's drizzled with icing! So delicious with coffee!!
