I have had a plethora of repeated issues for months now. Today took the cake. I ordered ONE GYRO no tomato. Simple. Even tipped almost 50%. Get to work and amazingly it has tons of tomatoes. Can't even eat this thing because I'm allergic to tomatoes, it messes my stomach up bad and I JUST AM STARTING WORK. Funny how the phones worked fine to take my order but when I call to discuss this they cannot pick up? All I wanted to do was have them deliver me a new one and I'll pay the delivery fee since I'm now at work and cannot return. Nah they keep declining my call.
Owner reached out to me for the repeated issues I have had with not just one, or two, but three separate occasions. Offered to comp my next meal. I called in a few weeks later willing I give them another chance.
Lady who was on the phone left my line on when she called the lady owner. Lady owner was put on speaker and I heard her disrespectful attitude and demeanor towards me even though I have been ordering from them since I was 14, so EIGHTEEN YEARS, and I get disrespect and ONLY A TEN DOLLAR OFF REDUCTION, despite the problems I have experienced are due to the company not being able to keep anyone employed for long.
If they can't keep customers, nor employees happy, they don't need to stay in business any longer.

Our family just moved into the neighborhood and this was the first place recommended to us, we love it. Order The Burgh Box. It's plenty enough for two. I met the owner and she is a gem! The place inside is very comfortable. Great place for a birthday party. I have no need to call another pizza spot because this one checks ALL of the boxes!

i have had problems with experience for months now. I probably still have a credit on my record for an Italian calzone that came riddled with onions. today I ordered a gyro no tomato, got tons of tomato even though I tipped. I'm allergic I cannot eat tomatoes right before work. tomatoes are an at home thing only I don't need to elaborate further.
I tried calling back to see if they can charge me delivery fees to just run me out a new one. somehow it's been an hour and the phones aren't working still?? they worked fine when I placed my order but now the two inexperienced kids are playing hooky from the phone because they know they messed up on a tipped CARRYOUT order. this is ridiculous. I have called 6 times. I am still hungry, I could not eat that, but yet they somehow cannot respond on the phone?

The best worker that was working whenever i was at your shop Was Shannon Lee she was the best worker you had Mike I think you should’ve had a working a lot more She she did more work than anybody in that place. She did a good job making my food. I hope you would reconsider giving her more days to work because she’s the best she was the manager you had working at your McKeesport store and you were wrong for firing her and mandy did a very well job as manager but you should kept shannon lee as your main manager because she knew what she was doing

While waiting for my pizza I saw in the corner a cool game of chess. Everyone was friendly and double checked and even triple checked to make sure I was being take care of. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

I ordered on their website yesterday and it charged my card. I called after an hour and fifteen minutes. They told me that they didn’t receive the order and I was okay with that because obviously there was some sort of glitch. The girl who answered the phone in the McKeesport location acted scare immediately and started talking to some man who was ranting about not giving a refund. They asked if the transaction was pending, I told them yes (all transactions go into pending and don’t post immediately). I told the girl that I would order again through her and pay. I would also keep an eye on the pending transaction over the next few days to see if it posts. She, still sounding scared even though I was very nice to her, asked to place me on hold. I say for 20 mins only for her to hang up on me. I called back immediately. She didn’t apologize or anything, just told me I could order again and pick it up. I was confused because I told her I would order but my last order was delivery for a reason… I was working. She then stuttered and said she didn’t want me to wait for delivery, I told her I was okay with it. Next thing you know, she told me I had to call the manager Mandy in Munhall. I asked her why and all she kept repeating was, “She can explain it better.” I called Mandy for her to tell me the same thing the girl told me and every time I attempted to talk, she spoke over me. Then, Mandy said I could order through her, but she does take card. What was the point of me calling? She talked over me so much that I had to tell her to stop talking and allow me to talk! I ended up telling her I will keep an eye on the transaction and see what it does, but I will not call another location and order, I will go elsewhere. I felt like they treated me as if I was causing trouble or lying all because my order didn’t go through. Of the person answer the phone and Mandy don’t know how to properly resolve issues, neither should be working with the public. I’ve never called to complain about anything, even the multiple times they sent me disgusting tasting chicken. Customers should not be treated the way I was…especially when we never cause issues
