This location gave me and my son the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered 2 sweet onion chicken all star hoagies and received food poisoning hours later. Don’t buy here unless you want violent stomach aches and diarrhea

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order that was indicated as ready on the Subway app. Get to the store and the order wasn't even started. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my order while the kid working decided to take in person orders that came in after my order. Got a half assed apology for my trouble. Avoid this Subway. The other Subways in the area offer better service.

Ordered delivery off of subway app. Ordered 2 subs, one chicken with lettuce and spinach, meatball with olives and jalapeños. What arrived was the meatball with lettuce and spinach and chicken sub with olives. This was very much on purpose, and no customer service to solve these issues. Not even worth spending money if employees hate their jobs so much they resort to purposely sabotaging customer orders. Lesson learned I suppose. And a waste of time and money for food that ended right up in the trashcan.

Went to the McKeesport Subway for the first time, since Glassport one is NEVER open and I am so glad I did
The service is phenomenal, the young man working has such a sunny disposition, very accommodating to what I wanted to order, very friendly and professional
The food they serve is very fresh, I will definitely revisit this location again. It will be my first choice instead of the one in my town. I do not think they care at all in Glassport
Parking: Parking lot is right off the Main Street. No issues getting in or out

We went a day ago, the new manager is incredibly rude. We ordered a pretzel and that thing was hard as a rock. Also, the ceiling outside is slowly crumbling. Unless you're really craving a sub, don't come here.

We went in on Sunday Aug the 4th to get 4 foot long subs at 2pm. There was no sliced onions, cucumbers or shredded lettuce. When asking the guy to cut up more he said no!!! Also when toasting 2 of the subs when the buzzer went off he left them in while he made the 2 other subs. The toasted ones were so hard!!!

We ordered from this Subway through Uber eats and never received one of the items and their pretzels are not as long as advertised and when we called to complain they laughed and hung up on us customer service is very poor at this location
