My blind, physically challenged friend and I were refused a table inside Anthony's Coal Fired McMurray restaurant this afternoon. We were told that because my friend was using her guide dog, we were not permitted to sit in the restaurant and had to be seated on the patio. We chose not to be seated on the patio on this frigid day and left. We will not patronize a restaurant that treats it's disabled potential customers in this manner.

A friend and I went to eat lunch at the Mcmurray PA location. I am a totally blind person who travels with a Guide dog and we were very rudely told that we would have to sit on the patio because “per company policy” service animals were not permitted to be in the restaurant. I absolutely do not believe that this can be company policy and if it is, the company is breaking the law! We refused to go to the patio and instead quickly left the restaurant. Both my friend and I are extremely angry and upset for having been treated in this way!!

Pizza was average crust over done a little to the bottom.
Service was good and prompt checked backed often.

We ordered here while picking up a shift in McMurray && from the ratings we were so excited. The service was good and the restaurant its self looked impeccable, so of course I had high expectations.
First the good of the food:
-We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was very good, but the star of this whole order was a 8 oz bowl of pasta fagiole. The soup was incredible.
The downfall:
-The salad was big and leafy but they give you one cup of terrible dressing, huge tomato quarters, they don’t ask what type you want when ordering online. The most disappointing part of the salad was the protein, which was chicken. There wasn’t even a half breast for a big salad, it was completely disproportionate which made it so much less enjoyable and the salad was over $17. We were told this town was upper class, but damn… at least give me a whole chicken breast for that price.
-Lastly the chicken and broccoli rabe sandwich, which for whatever reason was EXTREMELY bitter. As of someone doused it in hand sanitizer before it went into my sandwich.
I wanted so badly to love this 3 item, $50 lunch, but unfortunately that is not what happened. I would hate for another working class couple lose their money like we did.
I should’ve just ordered dessert😏

Just left the restaurant due to lack of service. My wife, who is BLACK, and I were seated in the back near the kitchen and bathroom area. We waited for more than 20 minutes for service. The place was empty, only 2 tables had customers and 4 or 5 at the bar. All the customers were Caucasia. My Wife and I felt very out of place and unwanted. As we got up to leave the waitress behind the bar approached us we just left. I would not recommend Anthony’s to any Minorities.

Bad experience here. Easy to understand why this chain have been closing stores. A weekday afternoon around 4 in for an early dinner. Got seated out side as we asked for. There was probably 8 others dinning here . Twenty minutes past , NO waitress. So simple thing to do get up and walk out. Never again..... Management should be fired.

We asked to be seated on the patio because it was warmer outside on an October evening than it was inside because of the frigid air conditioning. Our service was good, but the pizza we had been looking forward to--because it USED to be one of our favorites--was tasteless. The sauce on the Build Your Own pizza was practically non-existent and the eggplant on the Marino pizza was bland and the basil was NOT fresh. The chicken wings we had as our appetizer were not at all crispy. What has happened at this location to cause this dramatic plunge in the quality of the dishes?

This is what an $18 pizza looks like from here. At least the service was quick and the staff were friendly.

Completely disappointed with our dining experience.
The pizza base was so dusty and burnt. The pizza had no flavor, felt like everything was just dumped on it and served to us
I couldn’t have more than one slice.
