Food was great, but I’m leaving a review more for the warm and kind staff!!! My small family and I tried to go to another restaurant on thanksgiving, that didn’t work out so we ordered thanksgiving platters from Bob Evans for the next night. When I stopped by to pick it up, every person on staff was so friendly, it was a bit of a bummer that we weren’t eating there, because the atmosphere was just that warm. They unfortunately sold out of an item, and were so accommodating about it all, I just wanted to give those 3 staff members some gold stars and thanks for fixing our thanksgiving! 💖

Family of 5. Nobody could finish their plate. Chicken was virtually inedible and had the texture of undercooked porkchops.
*EDIT As I came upon this review a couple years later, I just wanted to note that 2 of us ended up with food poisoning.

The food was served cold during my last three visits. The key word is 'last' as in 'last time I eat here. BE in Bridgeville closed, this one isn't far behind. Went down-hill fast!

Quickly greeted and sat. We have small children and the kids toys and books for purchase before you sit are a great feature.
Order was taken quickly but not rushed.
Food came quick. Obviously its a chain and you know the quality you get but seriously the fresh made from scratch pancakes were delicious...way better than what i expected...that in addition to great service and kids who were occupied with a book made for a great experience.

Food was terrible! I think the sausage was bad, eggs were so over cooked. So i told the waitress and she said she would let them know, but that never happened! So i paid for a terrible breakfast! Waitress was nice but not attentive! Not once ask us if we needed refills on our coffee! I will never go back!
