I would like to say this location has poor management but it has no management. We have been here before and the service was bad and the food was cold. We said we would never go back but it is close to our house. So out of weakness we went today. Waited 10 minutes for a hostess no one asked us if we wanted to sit down. It was 11:15 am 10 customers in side. Eat n park across the street was packed now you know why. TH

Everything was good but the finish on the tables needs upgraded. The varnish is coming off and it leaves a sticky surface even after being cleaned.

I’m seated in the restaurant right now. 40mn wait for eggs and patatoes and still no food in sight. I know it’s hard to hire staff but if you can’t raise the wages, just close the place down.

We were at the location in upper St Clair I had some extra time before my next estimate stopped into Bob Evans to grab a quick breakfast it was anything but quick We sat there over a half hour waiting for our food never received our food to me and my teammate decided to leave which then the manager came over and paid for my teammates iced tea I had a water so if you're in a rush and want to grab a quick bite to eat I don't suggest this place You're going to be sitting a half hour or better waiting on your breakfast

I cannot find the proper words to convey my utter contempt for the way this location treated its in-house customers on Father’s Day, 2025. We were made to stand in the lobby for 45 or more minutes awaiting one of the many open tables because the entire kitchen staff was preparing DoorDash orders!!! If that is the case, close your restaurant to the public and just set up a take-out kiosk for deliveries only. We will never darken your doorstep again. My family was utterly embarrassed by your lack of customer service and I’m sure Bob Evans is rolling in his crypt over your inconsideration of your customer base.

It’s been at least 2 years since I’ve had breakfast at Bob Evan’s. The food has gone down hill. It took forever to get our food, it was cold, my omelet had raw vegetables in it and the toast had something goopy and yellow smeared on it that was not butter as it didn’t even melt. How do they serve food like this and not even look at what they are putting on a plate. It was disgusting.

Food was great, but I’m leaving a review more for the warm and kind staff!!! My small family and I tried to go to another restaurant on thanksgiving, that didn’t work out so we ordered thanksgiving platters from Bob Evans for the next night. When I stopped by to pick it up, every person on staff was so friendly, it was a bit of a bummer that we weren’t eating there, because the atmosphere was just that warm. They unfortunately sold out of an item, and were so accommodating about it all, I just wanted to give those 3 staff members some gold stars and thanks for fixing our thanksgiving! 💖

Family of 5. Nobody could finish their plate. Chicken was virtually inedible and had the texture of undercooked porkchops.
