Food was great, but I’m leaving a review more for the warm and kind staff!!! My small family and I tried to go to another restaurant on thanksgiving, that didn’t work out so we ordered thanksgiving platters from Bob Evans for the next night. When I stopped by to pick it up, every person on staff was so friendly, it was a bit of a bummer that we weren’t eating there, because the atmosphere was just that warm. They unfortunately sold out of an item, and were so accommodating...

Quickly greeted and sat. We have small children and the kids toys and books for purchase before you sit are a great feature.
Order was taken quickly but not rushed.
Food came quick. Obviously its a chain and you know the quality you get but seriously the fresh made from scratch pancakes were delicious...way better than what i expected...that in addition to great service and kids who were occupied with a book made for a great experience.

The service was very friendly and quick and the menu has a lot of options. However, each of our meals had some sort of issue, from burnt sausage, to spoiled avocado.
