It’s a Saturday night my wife wants ice cream we see a long line. We pull forward only to be the next car in seconds. The gentleman was very patient with us and made suggestions for our younger daughter. Seemed like within seconds we were next and was greeted at the window with a smile and greeting. Again a busy Saturday night this is most appreciated anymore. We got our ice cream and were very happy! Staff is amazing!!!

ONE OF THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACES MANAGED. couple complaints, the teens who work here are extremely lazy, several times encountered rude, half assed made blizzards, and one time saw a girl/guy wasn’t able to tell , SMOKING at the back window, AND eating food clearly in the open. not professional at all. manager who is women is very rude and ignorant, tall guy with long greasy looking hair was high out of his mind and rude as heck to me last time i was getting a hot dog. not to mention i wait a heck of a long time anytime i am here. DO NOT COME HERE

Ordered 4 blizzards on the app. Picked up via drive through. Got home 20 minutes later to 4 vanilla ice creams. Called and spoke to a young woman who essentially ignored my complaint until I asked if she was there. I was then told to bring the ice cream back to be remade and that nothing else could be done. The manager at the store explained that because I ordered on the app her hands were tied and nothing else could be done. I suggested expensing off a gift card for the dollar amount that the order was for. Allas, nothing was done other than the ice cream being made and a manager being overly stressed. Whoever the franchise owner of this location is, I suggest you get some quality help for your employees that actually care. People quit their bosses, not their jobs.

Ordered a small dip cone on the app for drive thru. Waited over 35 minutes to get to the window. Once I got there, it took three interactions and another ten minutes for them to get my small dip cone made. This place can not make money, they simply don’t get enough orders out to cover the expenses of the workers. This makes the one down the road in Canonsburg look super quick, and they are so awful and slow. It’s really unbelievable.
I usually don’t go to restaurants near close because I know that the employees want to get home as soon as possible but I went 20 minutes to close today and they turned us down at the drive thru.

Ordered an icecream cake for my twins’ 5th birthday! The ice cream cake designer came out and helped me handpick the exact design I wanted off of Pinterest! The cake looked perfect! It was such a great experience! Would definitely recommend!!

My husband and I went to get some lunch! They weren't busy because we were the first customers of the day. We didn't get Ice Cream instead we got ice cream cake to go! Our burgers were delicious!! Highly recommend!!
