I don’t know why they put donuts with icing in a bag very sloppy. This happens almost every time to the point where I’m reluctant to even ask for a donut bc of how they destroy them. I don’t know if it’s management or training, but if I pay for a donut I should be able to eat it…
Staff is great and super friendly though. Just do better with packaging donuts
I just stopped at Dunkin on my way home from work. The girl that took my order was so rude. I ordered a peppermint mocha hot chocolate with whipped cream and a glazed donut. The girl said to me in a condescending tone, “we don’t have peppermint hot chocolate we only have peppermint lattes.” I know that is not true because it is on the menu and a week prior I ordered one from this exact Dunkin! I told her nicely it was on the menu on the board and she stared at it annoyed then looked and me and said it isn’t on the menu. It was on the menu in big print! Finally she asked a manager or someone and she made me my peppermint hot chocolate. She gave it to me without whipped cream, so I asked her politely if she could put some whipped cream on it. She did but she had such an attitude about it. After trying my drink I don’t think that she actually put the peppermint syrup in it. I have worked in customer service and there is no excuse on why this girl acted the way she did. If you don’t like your job then quit, don’t take it out on your customers.

Well, the place was less than clean. Didn't have eggs or bacon for breakfast. Iced coffee was made WRONG tasted horrible (threw it out). 2 donuts were literally thrown in the bag (upside down) and there were only 3 people in the restaurant and 2 in the drive thru and still took 15 min to get coffee and donuts. DONT GO HERE!

I'm done coming here like others have reviewed and commented. Drive thru is slow and now you conveniently cannot order inside the store. Mobile orders only. Staff complains all the time now. I miss the older lady who worked the drive thru. She's no longer there but she was the nicest bubbly person ever. No more Dunkin. I like the Wendy's breakfast better anyway. Yall should go down to Wendy's for training
No body is friendly here. They all act like zombies that hate everyone they greet. They don’t have what they need to make something or they can’t warm your food. Every time I’ve been here they are incredibly rude especially the young girl and guy at the speaker. No receipt. Not going back

Do yourself a favor and just go to peace,love, and donuts. The selection at 9:15am was non-existent. The person working the register specifically said “We got what we got”. If you want generic donut choices you can get at Walmart at a premium price and without customer service then Dunkin Donuts is the place for you. If you want options and smile look elsewhere.

This was my go-to Dunkin location, but can’t say I’ll be visiting any more. There always seems to be an issue. Making the wrong drink, not having a mobile order ready when promised, etc. my latest visit, I ordered a large almond milk latte. When I picked up the cup I thought it felt light, but was in a hurry so didn’t think much of it. When I got to work and popped off the lid, I couldn’t believe it. They basically have me a medium sized drink in a large cup. That was the last straw.

Placed order at window for 2 glazed donuts. Clerk was quite pleasant but really can't say about atmosphere. I ordered these to take as a surprise to my elderly Dad who is having a restrengthening stay following a hospital stay. Imagine my shock when getting there to find out they had given me only 1. To their credit though, I called and spoke to, I think the manager, told me when I go back they would correct that error.

Well my loyalty card got hacked. Called Dunkin and they said I have to take it up with my credit card company. So not only was all my credit card information stolen, but also $40 of my Dunkin reload. All they said was “sorry for the inconvenience.” So I lost $40 and have to change all credit card information all over getting mealy rewards. I’ve had my loyalty card for 5+ years. And customer service hung up on me when trying to sort this out. You’ve lost a customer for life.

I don’t know who was working the order. But they need to learn how to actually. How to drive off cause I told the dude three times I wanted French vanilla sweetener. Kept asking if wanted sweet and low or sugar packets. I said “no. French vanilla” but that was too hard for his little brain to comprehend cause he keeps asking what sweetener I wanted. I never had this problem before and after about 2 minutes I just drove off. Don’t have time for stupid today.

This location has the friendliest lady in the drive through window. She is always so busy yet says to have a nice day with a genuine smile! ♥️
