dunkin has always been my go to place, i went there today and ordered a matcha. the service was okay but some remarks were made but i figured we would let that go. this is the drink that was given to me, it has a horrible weird film on the bottom and the matcha wasn’t even mixed. it’s like they just threw it all in and gave it to me. i’m extremely disappointed with how this turned out being as i pay with my own money for this!!!

In the last 3 years that I have been going to this dunkin I can really say that it has gone so down hill. The woman who took my order was very rude and the drinks turned out horrible. Very disappointed in my most recent order.

I dont know who that old bald guy is, but every time I come in, he is either yelling or berating the staff... I think hes a manager or something.... The people here are nice and they treat us customers well and dont deserve that kind of treatment.... Sounds like a hostile work environment... Please do something about it...

Horrible! Ordered two vanilla cream donuts and they were both stale. Best part is neither had the vanilla cream in them, not even a little. Pulled them apart as I left the drive thru and yep nothing in them!!! I love spending money on something that’s getting thrown away.

DO NOT GO HERE! This location has gone extremely downhill ever since the one really kind woman left. I could not even believe how rudely I was treated today. I ordered a latte and thought my drink was keyed in incorrectly and it was. I asked the girl if it was correct and she said it was. Then she brought it out and I again said hey is this what I ordered. She realized it wasn’t, huffed at me, closed the window, started yelling to another girl, and then they were pointing at me in a very demeaning manner. They kept looking at me angrily and rolling their eyes. I couldn’t even believe how hostile and aggressive their behavior was towards me - I actually felt very uncomfortable. Then to top it off, once I got my drink, it was only half full. Corporate really needs to go in and have a talk with this location as there have been other instances where my food has just been plain horrible; however, I am still in shock and disbelief at the severely disturbing behavior of the two female employees there today, which is why I am writing a review.

I'm not sure why the cashier at the drive thru was annoyed because I asked for my receipt. I ordered quite a large order and was never given a total or my receipt. I simply just asked for my receipt at the window. She came back and said is there a problem? I said no why? She rolled her eyes at me and said because you asked for a receipt, I said no I just wanted to know what my total was. She rolled her eyes at me again and walked away. I told her she was being very rude. Is it wrong to ask for a receipt these days?

Please, please , please just close already! This is and has been the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too! Drinks suck(not made correctly), food sucks(burnt Avacado toast, undercooked hash browns, soggy croissants). How is it possible that every item here sucks?!

Ordered a dozen donuts at 8am and they were all hard as a rock. I called to let them know all of ours were day or two old and they said, “Sorry. We only make them the day before.”

This place blows. Used to be good, not anymore. Can’t seem to read a check right or something, as every time something is messed up. If you manage to get your order correct, the food quality is terrible.

They also always mess up my food order. The employees are not the kindest, they are usually rude or make you feel extremely rushed.

I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of the coffee recently.
The last four drinks I’ve ordered haven’t been great, and the most recent two were increasingly disappointing.
It tastes like fewer coffee grounds are being used—the flavor is extremely watered down, even though I always request less ice specifically so the coffee remains bold.
Today’s cold brew didn’t taste like cold brew at all; it just tasted like weak, watered-down coffee, which was extremely disappointing. I am very unhappy with today’s purchased.
I genuinely miss the way the coffee used to taste here. It feels like the quality of the drinks has gone downhill.
My point of this review is: I really hope this place is able to bring back the rich and bold coffee flavor back, where it is not weak and watered down coffee flavor taste. And stay consistent. I miss the way this use to be; it use to be better.
