I used to come here all the time until I pulled up and seen the associates using their bare hands to touch all the food after touching money, debit cards, and brooms!! So gross 🤢 Where is the health department with these inspections! I’m old school where gloves and hair nets and clean hands used to be the given!
Never opens on time. Always have to wait 5-10 minutes before it opens! Staff not very helpful

I ordered just a turkey and cheddar sandwich but received one with all the toppings (which I didn't want). However, the gentleman was very nice and food seemed fresh.

I was there earlier and the head manager was yelling at an employee
This is the second time I’ve been here in the past few months and they got my order wrong. How hard is it to understand no avacado??? What if I was allergic. I didn’t say anything about no tomato spread but guess what? That’s not on there either. I used to stop by frequently and had no issues. You messed my order up two times in a row. I don’t even know if I want to come back. Not to mention the purple hair lady was rude the last time I was there. She was in a good mood this time around though. I’m just frustrated. It’s a simple matter of listening and maybe repeating the order back. And maybe it’s the cooks fault but twice
In a row?? Sheesh.
I like their bagels, nice area to sit. The smell of the cooking doesn't appeal to me, but the bagels are great

Consistently bad on the weekend, and very slow for a drive-thru bagel no matter what day, but ok on the weekdays because at least they listen and try to toast your bagel correctly. $10 for a single bagel sandwich and if it isn't toasted correctly it's no better than Dunkin.

I came through the drive through last week and ordered a bacon egg and cheddar on a sesame bagel. There was one car in front of me and it took forever for them to get served and even longer to get my order. The employee at the window was pleasant enough but the service at this location always seems extremely slow. I got my order and headed to the office only to open my bagel and find out that it was burnt. I am sure that added to my waiting. I can’t believe they served it that way but of course being in the takeout line I would be long gone before I realized there was an issue so why not. I could not eat the bagel. I called the store and was asked what time I was there and then was told that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and would call me back. I’m still waiting for the call. I emailed but reached corporate that has nothing to do with this location. The price of their bagels are expensive and I am extremely upset with how the owners of this store run their business. If I could rate you with a zero I would.

Waited for 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally got around the corner 2 staff members were in front of my car smoking cigarettes. They must do it often because the drive thru is littered with hundreds of them. The staff members didn’t seem to care that a car was there for so long while they smoked interestingly enough when they finally went back inside our breakfast was given to us in about 5 minutes. Management really should get involved. It was not ideal for a professional as myself to run late for an appointment and be blocked in the drive thru from even being able to leave due to the staff members standing in the drive through smoking and talking rather than working as they are paid to do. I usually don’t leave reviews but this seemed like something that needed to be said. If the bagels weren’t so good (all you have to do is follow a recipe) I would’ve given one star. Not worth the 30 minutes or having to roll my windows down on 19 to air out the cigarette smell. Hire Better .

The crew here are rockstars, let's start with that. The last time I was here the drive thru line was incredibly long in addition to a fairly large crowd inside. The team here was hustling and quite on top of things. The wait in line was minimized and our food served pretty quickly. Kudos to this team for being so on top of things.
As one would expect the bagels were really good. I had a sandwich on the hashbrown bagel and it was really good. I highly recommend grabbing a sandwich. That said it may not be worth it to grab a combo. The drinks and coffees are good but the hashbrown included as part of the combo was average at best. Not very flavorful to me. I added a little salt and pepper and that certainly enhanced the flavor.
While here I got a standard coffee and was thrilled to see a vanilla hazelnut blend out on the coffee bar. That was a great brew and I likely drank more coffee than I should in the end.
Peters Township, always 5 stars. Somewhat crowded at times, order on the app to avoid lines.
They were very busy and short staffed but the food and coffee were very good! Had to get some extra whipped cream cheese for bagels at home.
Bagel with cream cheese is an overpriced joke. My kids got more butter on their bagels.
Sat at Eat n Park for 20 minutes without getting waited so we drove over to Einstein's. Great service from a very friendly staff and great bagels and coffee! Thanks.
