I went in Tuesday Morning And I was greeted by a Blonde woman named Caitlin and she was excellent. Before she took my order she was running around doing literally everything there was to do in the store. Not one Coworker of hers did a THING. I saw one male worker I cant recall the name of but he could have taken my order but he sat behind the register and did NOTHING. Caitlin on the other hand Wasn’t even behind the register and she still took my order while she was doing another...
I don’t have Einstein bagels in my area so I always try to stop when I pass near one. This is my first time to this store but it didn’t disappoint like the others. The inside is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I got a dozen of the variety with 2 things of sour cream. A really solid deal for the prize. I love the blueberry bagels the best but all of them are good. Great way to start the day off, coffee and Einstein Bagels!
Awesome experience! Placed an order for a company event of around 12 dozen bagels + a coffee station. The scheduled delivery was early in the morning - but it arrived right on time! Bagels looked perfect and they were delicious. Our driver noticed that they had forgotten to hand off the paper goods, and coffee supplies, and turned around and came back to deliver them. Really went above and beyond. Overall a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels...
