I don’t know why I keep ordering from here. Every time I order they screw at least 1 sub up. Today it was 2. I ordered a steak and cheese with no peppers. There were no peppers but there also was no cheese. I also preferred white bread and got wheat. The other messed up order was a bacon ranch on wheat with pickles and black olives. What I got was a bacon ranch on white with NO pickles and NO olives. Maybe the employees need to go back to elementary school and learn how to read. My receipt was correct yet the food was far from correct. Next time I’ll drive to a different location.
I ordered close to $1000 worth of food between 3 orders last week (3 different days). I had these orders placed to feed 2 local fire departments & a local police department. The first order arrived an hour late, the 2 order arrived almost 30 minutes late & the 3rd order arrived 40 minutes early.
When I talked to the store on the 1st day, I was speaking to some guy telling him that I have 15 firefighters standing around waiting for the food and they have things to do, he responded “I don’t know what to tell you”. On the 2nd day, they would not answer the phone at all. Horrible customer service!
I will never use Firehouse Subs again to feed our local first responders, or anyone else. They have no consideration for anyone’s time.

Sandwich was unbelievable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the pop machine wouldn't dispense any diet drinks and the unsweetened ice tea was empty. Otherwise, it was a great meal.

This is the first time I tried firehouse, and the subs at this location were great. The bread was top notch even though I picked at end of day. The packing and the taste were perfect. They were also quickly made and on time as scheduled in app.

It used to be so much better when they had hot sauces. They have stopped all the hot sauces. They also put a lot less on their subs than in the past. Sux that it went downhill. Kind of an awkward order as well. Wouldn’t go back.

Amazing Cajun chicken sub!! The owners are so accommodating and the atmosphere is great! Very clean and fun decor! I highly reccommend them and plan to use their catering service! Fresh ingredients and unique combinations for sandwiches!!
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids! Bright colors, decorated with fireman gear! Tons of seating and food options! The small sub is a perfect size for kids!!!

A Huge Disappointment...I stopped in yesterday around 5:50 or so and ordered two large subs (TBR/Hook and Ladder) on white bread to go. My issue wasn't discovered until were arrived home later in the evening and sat down to eat our subs. The bread on the bottom of both subs was water logged and turned to mush in your hands as you would try to pick it up to take a bite. Normally I would call right away but the owner was NOT in the store when I ordered my food. I had been a frequent customer for years and I know who she is as we have had many pleasant conversations when I'm ordering food. Knowing this, I wanted to wait to speak directly to her so nothing was miscommunicated. I was also home and done with my day and not about to waste the gas to turn around and go back there immediately. Why would I if she wasn't even in the store anyway? I thought a call would suffice. Today I called the store and was able to speak with her. She informed me that her policy is she will only give a full refund/remake food if the customer calls in the same day. I explained the reasons for my waiting until today. She offered a 50% discount on my next order. I've been a customer here for years now and I've never had a negative experience... until now. I paid $29.03 for two sandwiches and the quality was absolutely not there. This firehouse has raised their menu pricing several times in the last few years. I usually never review anything unless something is extreme be it good or bad. This experience definitely falls into the negative. I paid just under thirty dollars for two subs, for that price, soggy bread is not acceptable to my family. I'm bothered enough by this turnout that my family will no longer be giving Firehouse in McMurray our business. It's a shame and I have to say a really big disappointment but it's her store and that's her policy so I guess that's that. A word of warning to future customers... should there be a problem with your food, call the store immediately to rectify the issue. Again, such a letdown. I don't feel like this was done on purpose but I don't feel like the owner made it right. I didn't wait several days to bring this up, I caled the next day. In the end, we agreed to disagree and myself and my family will not be back. *** I will try to post pictures of the soggy subs and my receipt, if I can figure it out.

Truly one of the weirdest experiences of my life. The young woman at the register seemed angry that I was in there, and rolled her eyes when I ordered my sub, and again when I gave her my name. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life let alone a sandwich place. The energy of everyone in this store creeped me out and I will never ever be returning, even if you paid me to come here.
