Ordered 2 sandwiches waited 30 minutes noticed people after me were getting their order. Went to counter and was told they misplaced order, no apology. Asked for refund and after paying cash had except refund on debit and charged me for drinks. Over priced and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went in at lunch, 6/7 people working…..told me itd be 15-20 mins for a single sub because they had a “large order due in 10 mins”……very poor management of staff/resources. I’ll never stop again.
