Amazing Cajun chicken sub!! The owners are so accommodating and the atmosphere is great! Very clean and fun decor! I highly reccommend them and plan to use their catering service! Fresh ingredients and unique combinations for sandwiches!!Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids! Bright colors, decorated with fireman gear! Tons of seating and food options! The small sub is a perfect size for kids!!!

A Huge Disappointment...I stopped in yesterday around 5:50 or so and ordered two large subs (TBR/Hook and Ladder) on white bread to go. My issue wasn't discovered until were arrived home later in the evening and sat down to eat our subs. The bread on the bottom of both subs was water logged and turned to mush in your hands as you would try to pick it up to take a bite. Normally I would call right away but the owner was NOT in the store when I ordered my food. I had been a frequent customer for years and I know who she is as we have had many pleasant conversations when I'm ordering food. Knowing this, I wanted to wait to speak directly to her so nothing was miscommunicated. I was also home and done with my day and not about to waste the gas to turn around and go back there immediately. Why would I if she wasn't even in the store anyway? I thought a call would suffice. Today I called the store and was able to speak with her. She informed me that her policy is she will only give a full refund/remake food if the customer calls in the same day. I explained the reasons for my waiting until today. She offered a 50% discount on my next order. I've been a customer here for years now and I've never had a negative experience... until now. I paid $29.03 for two sandwiches and the quality was absolutely not there. This firehouse has raised their menu pricing several times in the last few years. I usually never review anything unless something is extreme be it good or bad. This experience definitely falls into the negative. I paid just under thirty dollars for two subs, for that price, soggy bread is not acceptable to my family. I'm bothered enough by this turnout that my family will no longer be giving Firehouse in McMurray our business. It's a shame and I have to say a really big disappointment but it's her store and that's her policy so I guess that's that. A word of warning to future customers... should there be a problem with your food, call the store immediately to rectify the issue. Again, such a letdown. I don't feel like this was done on purpose but I don't feel like the owner made it right. I didn't wait several days to bring this up, I caled the next day. In the end, we agreed to disagree and myself and my family will not be back. *** I will try to post pictures of the soggy subs and my receipt, if I can figure it out.

Truly one of the weirdest experiences of my life. The young woman at the register seemed angry that I was in there, and rolled her eyes when I ordered my sub, and again when I gave her my name. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life let alone a sandwich place. The energy of everyone in this store creeped me out and I will never ever be returning, even if you paid me to come here.

I’ve always loved firehouse. Such a great place for a fabulous sandwich. I always get the same thing because I know it’s going to be delicious every time it’s always clean and the workers always say hi to me which makes me feel appreciated. The food is consistent and I’ve never had a bad meal there. They also have a Coke freestyle which is a blessing. you know sometimes when you get sick of food when you eat it too much I could eat fire house until I die and never be sick of it so in conclusion 10 out of 10 would recommend.Parking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Lots of food options for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Placed a to go order for a birthday subeveryone was friendly and delightful when I picked up my order in the clearly marked area. The store was brightly lit, very clean and smelled delicious. I would definitely order there again. Great sub-super filled! They definitely did not skimp on any of the meats or toppings. The roll was extra fresh.

Hook and ladder sub was terrific. Chili was awesome as well as the Mac n cheese. Server was very friendly, prices reasonable. Highly recommended.
Firehouse Subs has great food and great service. Very friendly and the sandwich/ soup choices are very good. I also loved their brownie dessert! I will definitely be trying their many kinds of sandwiches.Parking: No trouble finding parking near the restaurant.

We came here tonight and have never been here before and Sarah was the one who waited on us and she was just the SWEETEST lady! She brought stickers over for my daughter and was such a nice person to talk to! The food was AMAZING! We will definitely be back and hope we can have Sarah wait on us again?
