Just another McDonald's. Consistent food. Service at this location seemed a bit slow, however. I ordered though the app, and was told my meal was ready, but then had to wait for a bit, for no apparent reason.

McDonald’s drive-thru Coke Zero and Sprite do NOT play fair. One sip and it feels like the carbonation crawls into your bloodstream, files new paperwork, and changes your last name. That stuff is so strong I’m convinced it’s half soda, half industrial-strength grout.
The dine-in soda? That tastes like it flunked out of school. But the drive-thru? BABY…
That drink kicked down the door of my throat, reorganized my organs, and left me feeling spiritually exfoliated.

Arrived at 5:04 AM on November 19th. One guy was still putting his belt on, another was laughing, an older guy was filling cups, and a fourth was just staring into space. They opened at 5. I would’ve given them grace if someone had simply come to the window and said they were starting a little late. Instead, no communication at all even when they saw me the guy with the belt hid behind a wall. Not a good experience. I’m heading somewhere else.

Very cold food and very very bad service waited 25 minutes for someone to come over and say I don't know about your order and walk away 🤔 then the rude manager lady comes over and says go to drive thru and the same stuff there canonsburg McDonald's is nothing but a joke

Seriously. Someone orders a burger and fries, and nuggets, how in the world do you forget the fries. You’re McDonalds, fries??? If one can’t even check a bag to make sure the order is correct with three items, you should be cleaning toilets at this facility. Should we really have to hold the drive thru up to check a three item order? Come on, be better kid.

The people that work nights must not be able to read.Either that or they think it's funny to play with someones food!!!! This has happened more then once.... We work hard for the money we spend at McDonald's!!! If you don't like your job quit!!

The nuggets and fries are never fresh and crispy. Nuggets always seem old, fries are never hot or fully cooked, not enough salt. Always droopy or old. This is consistent with most locations now, feels like the entire chain is dying. I'm never going back until the food gets better.
Placed an online order at 9:50pm showed up at 10:10pm and the place is already closed when the McDonald’s app says it’s open 24/7 but then google says 11pm. Staff was unprofessional and ignored everyone that’s showed up.

I have been going to McDonald's for over 50+ years. McMurray had the best service and quality of food. But lately the quality of food has had a great downturn. I always raved about there double quarter pounders. Lately I had the absolute worst burger.
