Ordered in app for table service so I could get caught up on emails during my break. After about 10 minutes, no food. Went to counter, food was in a bag and sitting with the TABLE ticket on it. Not sure if they called it since I was expecting it to come to me. Store was NOT busy, even the drive thru. Noticed another person heading up to get their table order as well. Why did I bother asking for table service if you're just going to ignore it?
