Wanted to encourage my daughters to give back to their community and bless others so we baked cookies for Meals on Wheels. They were so well received. The ladies were very nice and brought a cart out for me to put the cookies on since I couldn’t carry them with my handicap. The facility is unbelievably clean and organized. Really was impressed with their system of preparing the meals. What a wonderful blessing. My husband’s late wife, Mother and Mother-in-law all used Meals on Wheels due to their declining health. Since he was a caregiver and POA for all of them it saved him a lot of work not having to shop for everyone as much. They were all unable to get out to the store or drive and they all lived in their own homes so it was an extremely difficult time. Meals on Wheels was there faithfully everyday and sometimes his Mom wouldn’t eat so he got to have lunch it for lunch. One less meal he had to make for himself too! I hope in the near future we get to bless them on a regular basis and give back a little bit of thanks for being there through the years.

The food is homemade and it is excellent. I really enjoy them. Get salads, soups desserts a good hot meal and a sandwich. Highly recommend this program.
