I love the Milkshake Factory! The best milkshake I have had from there was by Molly. She made the perfect shake with a great balance of inclusions and actual milkshake.

My daughter and I visited the Milkshake Factory in McMurray this evening. A young lady by the name of Olivia helped us. I must say I wish every establishment had an Olivia. She was professional, helpful and happy, and seemed to genuinely love her job. The establishment was clean and the milkshake was delicious. Awesome!

Sarah made me such a fantastic shake!! I told her what I typically like in a milkshake (peanut butter with chocolate ice cream) and she got to work. She made me the PeanutButter Brownie Batter shake and 🤤 It was fantastic! Atmosphere is wonderful and Sarah represents the business and staff extremely well!

The girls behind the counter were very nice and the place was clean. We ordered two milkshakes - both had very nice presentations. We liked that they were on the thinner side, but the flavor was just not there. They add a wedge of chocolate on the top, but neither one of us cared for the taste. I'd like to go back and try something else on their menu since there was a nice variety. However, during this visit, I wasn't thrilled.

We have to avoid several ingredients when eating out, website says housemade icecream. I’ve asked for an ingredient list for the vanilla several times via messenger. They responded that it has a milk allergen, but seems that they don’t want to provide the ingredient list. Unable to get anyone on the phone also. We are looking for real icecream locations without the HFCS, thickeners, dye etc. Until I can get an ingredient list, I unfortunately am going to have to leave 1 star. I’m assuming ingredients are like all the other places. They claim it’s house made icecream, but unfortunately there’s no way to know because they will not show a list of ingredients. They claim its proprietary, however every single food item in a grocery store has an ingredient list. It’s safe to assume things like high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, dyes, gums and thickeners exist. Unfortunately this is another example of greenwashing and making claims that just aren’t true. We will not be able to patronize this business.Good customer service would be to simply provide a list. Don’t read in to, “house made icecream” too much.

It was my first time going into Milkshake Factory this past weekend and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was very welcoming and the milkshakes me and my kids got were incredible!! One of the managers, Kelan, was delightful to talk to and very nice! I will definitely be going back soon

Max the owner was in the store working the evening that we visited the Panama City Beach location and he was so inviting and friendly and made sure that we had a great experience. All of our milkshakes were so good! The Smores shake was our favorite!
