MilkShake Factory (McMurray)

Stupid they sale only ONE size of milkshake. Not everyone can afford to waste $7 for a milkshake for a four yr old that would never be able to drink it. The girls there were very nice though. Maybe they need to think about accommodating customers of all sizes

This place is cool- they make their own chocolate so their milkshakes are delicious

The Milk Shake Factory was super yummy! I got the strawberry shortcake sundae and would recommend. I wish they put a little more syrup in, but overall, I'd definitely get it again. They had free chocolate samples and all the ones I tried were great.

Peanut Butter Brownie shake was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back.

The 4 young girls working. There were so rude and unprofessional. this is my first and last time coming to this milkshake factory. I will literally travel to any other distance, even though this one's so closest to me. I've never been 2 milkshake factory before.. They got our orders wrong. And instead of fixing it with no problem, they gave us a hard time and were fighting with us back. They claimed that we ordered something from the "off menu". When again this was my first time here, nor did I know there was an "off menu."

If I could give 0 I would. We came from another state and we weren't welcomed. The four young individuals just stared at us. The boy told us it was a long shift so they were loopy. We felt very uncomfortable and left. Customer service at its worse. We didn't know if race had anything to do with it or them being young and didn't care about customer service. Young people do better!!!!!

It truly depends upon who is providing your service. Two trips ago, i was the only person & the young girl couldn't remember/be bothered to remember that I didn't want whipped cream. I had to catch her before ahe put it on & didn't give me the mini brownie.This last time was fast efficient & correctFor $9 a drink, I expect my choice of spending my disposable income with your shop to ve respected/appreciated. ??
