I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Uber. We had 3 soups and they sidnt double bag the soup so it seeped through the bottom of the bag. It was supposed to be bowls they gave us cups, supposed have to 2 bread bowls only gave us one. Giant mess would never recommend especially for what they charge!

Egg sandwich really went down hill. The first egg was about 3 mm thick. They remade and it was inch and half thick. They cooked the egg in microwave. It had consistency of a sponge. No more!

that manager that doesn’t know how to walk is a real piece of work. she comes out and starts yelling at everyone and we’re in the lobby having a conversation with an attorney i have on retention. i paid for this lady to flip out. and then she waddles into hiding, comes back out and throws away my $15 dollar pen that was sitting on the table next to me with all my documents. we’re in a little table booth and no one was sitting next to me and she throws it away!!! i’m shocked she didn’t throw away any of my documents. i will not be returning to this location. i feel bad for anyone that works with her.

this location is typically hit or miss, but recently it’s just miss. you have to hope that there’s a manager working when you order, otherwise it’s just a teenage free for all, and they’ll throw together whatever concoction they feel like into your to-go bag.
Great service! Today I went in around a super busy lunch time and accidentally received the wrong sandwich in my order. I went up and asked if the employees could make the sandwich I originally ordered. The Panera employees and the head supervisor, who I didn’t catch his name, were super nice and quick with my sandwich and taking it to the table I was sitting at! He additionally added a cookie and a bag of chips as well which was super nice and it made my day! Thanks to everyone working here!

This is the worst Panera in my experience. My Mac and cheese had paper from the packaging in it and my salad had a huge piece of plastic in it. They did refund plus a $10 gift card but it was absolutely gross. The manager is very nice but cooks at are horrible. My mom’s food was cold and the Mac and cheese for her looked like the had reheated it 10 times. Do not come back at dinner.
