This was the most disgusting meal we have had in years!! We both ordered a small pizza of different kinds. One was burnt and the other was loaded with cheese after we ordered LIGHT cheese and it came off like a roof shingle. The white pizza was burnt, dry and even the mushrooms didn't have a drop of moisture left in them because it was so overcooked. As soon as the waitress brought it to the table, you could smell that it was burnt. When I remarked of it, the waitress suggested just eating the center out of it?? The red sauce on the other pizza had absolutely no taste. One and DONE!!!

Pizzaz donated a tray of baked ziti to the orchid society last weekend and it was a big hit! Staff members who greeted me were friendly (even helped me get it to the car) and the food was delicious.

I had a deluxe italian Hogie. It was excellent. The appetizer was the pizzaz fries. The cheese sauce tasted a bit canned bit the bacon made up for it. Good service.
I ordered an Italian Hoagie and it come out burnt. With a very dry crumbling bun (the bun was more than dried almost like a biscotti), and burnt meat. They did give me my extra onion but forgot my side of dressing. The waitress brought me a new bun and the dressing and never came back for me to complain. I had to cut the burnt meat off my sandwich and rebuild my food.Finally, she came back after I finished eating when I could eat of my sandwich and I asked her what she could do for this inconvenience. She said she would speak to her manager which she did and they took it off my bill.I was there on an average Friday night. I saw a numerous people come in and leave and only a few waitresses. I saw one table never get the meal and left.Personally, I don’t know if I would ever come back again. Meanwhile, other peoples food look perfectly normal. My dad ordered the same meal as I did and his look delicious. My mom ordered a steak hoagie and she said it was wonderful, but never received her side of Italian dressing.

This sort of place is hard to give a review for the same reason it would be hard to review cheers. This is very much a local institution that serves as more than a restaurant to many of its customers. Excellent food, great prices, snd the service is exactly what it is suppos we d to be. Great job.
