I call this the “surprise Wendy’s” because you never know what’s going to be in your bag. The only thing you can be sure of is that it’s not your order.
And don’t think about going in the dining room to have them correct it, because it’s always locked. So you can sit in the 20 min drive thru instead 2 times for the correct items.

The fries have lots of skin and are hard most of the time. And they do not fill up the container. The bacon can sometimes be hard(like jerky), not crispy. But other than that everything was great!

Do not eat here!! The employees don't wear gloves. I watched a woman preparing our burgers. She touched the cheese and the buns with her bare disgusting painted fingernail hands. I threw away most of the food. Also the teenagers that work here are loud, disrespectful, and curse constantly. My young daughter doesn't need to hear this. Please stay away from this location. I'd rather them go out of business.

I just stopped at the Wendy’s in McMurray and ordered four Cinnabon cinnamon roll. They were ice cold when I receive them they were not even heated. Someone in this Wendy’s knows this happened I called your store and someone was very rude to us and said oh we heated them. I can damn well say no one heated them, that was obviously a lie, and the lady basically hung up on my mother. she said she checked the microwave, but when they weren’t put in the microwave, you know they were not heated. I only live 3 minutes away from this location, not even they should’ve been still hot by the time I got home. I’ll be calling corporate over this issue and I would hope your store would give me a refund. Hopefully the store can learn some manners and learn how the heats some food up. I guess Arby’s will be my next stop.
