Went in for breakfast, the general manager service was a poor. She was working drive thru. Told me she was be right with me. Took my order and walked away. Never handed me my receipt. Just poor customer service. Not sure if i will go back there. Maybe it was because i was black.

So employee I assuming a supervisor was having a disciplinary meeting with 3 employees in the dinning area entire time was eating. Loud and hearing all the rings that are being done here not wanting me to ever revisit this location. Very unprofessional and made me question if I should be eating food here.
Their chicken is real, not processed. Their fresh home made biscuits are amazing. Very good food.

I always get the mushroom burger however today the sauce with mushrooms tasted weird, don't know a word to fit the taste. Wasn't a pleasant taste. Before burger had lettuce and tomato I believe. No items of these were on my burger. If it had lettuce the top roll would stay in place as is the mushrooms kept sliding off burger which made top bun slide around. After fighting with sandwich I took the bun off. The fries were different type and not for the better. My husband said his tender wraps weren't all that good We have come to this Hardee's for many years and it was good food. The prices were higher and the quality was very disappointing. In fact my stomach is hurting from the food
