My wife and I were there 4 days ago . I ordered the new chicken Parmesan with the creamy Parmesan sauce. I asked the waitress if I could substitute the creamy sauce for marinara ? She said absolutely , and it was delicious. Stopped there again and asked our waitress (Katie ) the same thing. She said sure. She brought out the dish with the creamy sauce . I Explained it was wrong and why . She took it back , brought it back the same way. Explained it again, and she took it back. At this point my wife is finished , so I went and stood by the kitchen door and waited for Katie to come out. Only I hear the cook ask her , what does he want ? She answers l Don’t Know!!! How do you not know ??? Hearing that pissed me off !!! It’s called not listening , which is I would think rule # 1 for a waitress . What a shame , I like this restaurant , but not going back.

Everyone loved their meal. Food came out as expected. Food took about 20 minutes. We would go again if in the area.
We went to Applebee’s for lunch. Service is always nice, but the atmosphere and the cleanliness has gone down the drain. Spend the money and clean the place up. Hire more people if you have to, and wipe down some of those pictures the windows and clean the upholstery. It looks really bad when you’re sitting there eating and you see food, stuck, and splattered everywhere Please, there’s plenty of money going in.. Spend some to clean it up. Photos taken
