My wife and I have not had fast food in 30 years because of all the bad experiences that other people have told us about, but we went out boating and fishing on the lake and didn't get off the water until late Sunday evening not thinking about all the restaurants closing early in town and we didn't have anything at our rental house to cook and didn't feel like just eating cold sandwiches that we had eaten all day on the lake, so I swallowed hard and said how about Burger King in town? ok she said it will be fine, we pulled up to the window and the sweetest voice so politely asked may we help you? So, I ordered a double whopper and fries with a strawberry milkshake and my wife ordered a small cheeseburger and fries with a root beer, when I opened my burger in the parking lot, I was expecting what I remember was my last experience at one years ago, the burgers were always smashed flat and sauce squirting out the side and was very messy to eat and un appetizing looking, But to our surprise this double whopper was made like it was going to be in a TV commercial!! it was perfect! and both the fries and cheeseburger were the same, everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty we enjoyed it very much and I will not hesitate to go to that particular Burger King again! it is nice to see that quality means something to people that work there I should have taken pictures of the food to show you all, but we are the kind of people who enjoy eating our food rather than showing the world with pictures. lol. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in some fast-food establishments.

Was absolutely starved after a 40 mile bike ride on the Allegheny River Trail down in Franklin and was craving a custard cone from Hanks. On the way up I decided that I was in the mood for a Whopper. Good meal leading up to a great desert.

There is a very disrespectful woman working the drive though. Not only was she impatient, she was rude towards my family and I. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a satisfactory meal, my chicken was served cold with a side of unprovoked attitude.

Place order get back home to eat missing burger and got the others wrong but they did make it right. Make sure you double check your food before you leave this happened more then 3 times to me.
Didn't put the top on my coffee and the service was very slow for no one to be in the restaurant

I went in to get dinner for my dad and I, when I got home I realized I was charged OVER 10 dollars to much. I went back in and kindly adressed the issue. The manager continued to tell me that is was MY fault and should have realized sooner. As a fast food worker my self I’m disgusted. They are incredibly rude and blamed me for an incident that was clearly that cashiers mistake.
