Great homestyle cooked food! Awesome gift shop! The staff are wonderful! They are very inviting, friendly and great with kids! We took my son there for his birthday because it’s his favorite restaurant, the staff came out with a piece of cake and sang happy birthday to him. 🤗 They really made his day!

I have had many good meals at CB over the years but my most recent was not one of them. My side of rice was undercooked and dry, my carrots were barely warm/cold. If this had been my first visit to CB, I would never go back. But I will try it again.

Not the best service, had to wait for coffee. Was told we had to have the biscuits because they come with the meal so they just sat there and went to waste. Eggs weren't cooked correctly for 2/3 people.

Avoid this place, service was terrible & food was awful. She didn't even know what she was doing we had a table for 3 and all of our orders wers screwed up and she was also rude never again 👌🏽

Well I ordered 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, and a slice of ham. I received 2 pancakes, ham, bacon, sausage and hash brown casserole. When I ordered my eggs i said I wanted them over medium and the white to be cooked not snouty well they brought them with no yolks. I sent them back they sent me no yolk eggs again finally the manager came out to see what the problem was and she brought me 2 eggs with yolks but the whites were so runny I couldn’t eat them. I was very disappointed. This was my Valentine’s Day treat!!!!

We haven't been at our local Cracker barrel for a few months. It seems that since they added alcoholic drinks to their menu the food and how it is prepared suffered. Our waiter was quite rude when we mention that our order was incorrect and that the bacon that my husband requested extra crispy was unable to be granted as they MICROWAVE their bacon now and that's just how it comes out. The scrambled eggs were like a rubbery omlet and were not scrambled in the traditional way we used to know and love. We asked for a manager, and he was just as rude as our waiter. We will not go back which is ashame since this used to be our favorite family restaurant.

They have a large variety of items to purchase. I love the garlic rubbed steak and Mac and cheese

It's just an alright option. Not usually thrilled about my food when I go its not typically bad but not great either.

Terrible service the last 2 times there! Sick and rude waitress. Order messed up badly! Instead of cake to go I was given the dry biscuits! It took 20 minutes to correct that! Point system is a scam!!

We scheduled the catering service for the next day at 5:30. That option was so helpful considering we had funeral preparations the next day and knew we wouldn't remember to place the order. My daughter went in at 5:28 to pick it up. First she was told it was almost ready then after 15 minutes and someone else's order coming out someone asked her what she was waiting on so she told her. The lady said, "oh, that's been ready for a while now" and got it for her. Other than that everything was wonderful. The packaging was very well done and the food was delicious. Thank you!!

Stopped at Meadville location with my kids on 12/17/24 to use a gift card I had received. Food was not bad but the service was horrible. Apparently my kids and I coming in for dinner bothered our waitress Lacey N. So unfriendly and rude. And giving my daughter the side eye for no reason. My coleslaw didn't come out so I asked about it and was rudely told she was getting it. Asked for a refill of my drink which I never received until I was already done with my meal. Felt extremely uncomfortable that I just wanted to finish our meals so we could get out of there.
