Joe is truly an artist and master of the science of coffee roasting. He has a sweet setup for roasting coffee in small batches, and is ready to scale up to serve many more customers with custom-roasted coffee beans. After trying the Guatemalan, I'm eager to try his other varieties. He also offers Green Pods for those who like their Keurig single servings.

I have been buying coffee from here since they opened. We have been extremely pleased. The coffee is always fresh, roasted perfectly and ground exactly how we want it.
