I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts for years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The service at this location has deteriorated significantly, and it's primarily due to poor management.
It's become painfully obvious that the majority of the work is consistently carried out by just a couple of the older employees. They seem to be overworked and underappreciated, while other staff members appear disinterested and lackadaisical.
The employee who usually handles the headset or window is particularly rude and unhelpful. Their ignorance and lack of customer service skills have made my visits unpleasant and frustrating. I've witnessed them treating other customers with similar disrespect, which is unacceptable.
Dunkin' Donuts prides itself on its "Run on Dunkin'" slogan, but this location is clearly not running smoothly. Good businesses lose customers due to poor management, and if this continues, I fear this Dunkin' Donuts will be no exception.
I urge management to address these issues promptly. Proper staffing, training, and supervision are essential to maintain customer satisfaction and prevent further decline.

Wow, just wow. Best dunkin I have ever been to in my life. I went early on Thanksgiving Day, and I was helped by a worker named Madison. She was so funny and kind, and her service went above and beyond. Give this girl a raise!

This place is a direct reflection on the Biden/Harris administration. Employees, on the day of my visit, portrayed no work ethic, attentiveness, and completely failed at their profession or lack thereof. I believe this occurred because of the design flaw in your corporate structure. The belief of quantity not quality. So here's what happened. School was closed, hence Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and I decided to take my daughter to work with me. She went ahead and pick Dunkin' Donuts against my better judgement so we went. When we arrived inside were three (3) employees and one (1) customer waiting in the mobile pickup line. At least 10 minutes go by and not one of the 3 decided to greet us, smile at us, even make a gesture that they would be right with us. Time goes by and another employee, making four (4), comes in and ask if we were there for a mobile pickup. I said no and the fourth employee starts making doing other work. So, this is when I speak my mind and finally get taken care of. Our great community deserves better. America and those who take pride in their work deserve better. Do better.

Love coming here every Saturday morning. This past time they were busy and the quality of food wasn't top notch like it usually is. I explained the situation and they were quick to make things right! Love the 6 dollar meal deal!

Check your order very carefully before you pull away from the drive-thru. They give you coffee when you ask for tea and when you go back to rectify the situation, they treat you with disrespect. After talking with manager, manager agrees to send gift cards. No gift cards ever received. It is time for a renewed commitment to customer service. Save the frustration and buy your donuts at Giant Eagle or Tim Hortons!

The workers make this Dunkin. Marek is often the same person I see and he is absolutely awesome. He remembers me and my drink order everytime I roll through. Madyson is always so kind and cheerful. Thank you to the whole crew!
Nothing wrong with the food or drinks but the drive through at this location is a nightmare and actually dangerous. I went through this morning and another driver almost ran into me. The drive though has one lane and no “mobile pickup” line, so those that do mobile pickup just barrel into the drive through lane not bothering to look at who’s done ordering and moving up the lane. I spoke to a manager about this months ago and how they should either make an actual mobile pick up lane (paint the freaking pavement so people know where to go and to merge) or to place signage stating to not cut into the drive through lane. She said signage would be added. Apparently that never happened. Unfortunately going to get a coffee isn’t worth some idiot speed racer hitting my car because they can’t wait in line.
