Normally this place is great... today, not so much. Service was VERY slow and tey had no crispy chicken. The woman running the register was VERY stressed, but when she went on the floor to clean, she was like a different woman, calm, talking with everyone. Still my favorite fast food place in Meadville.

We waited in drive through. Nobody came, so I called them and no one answered, so we pulled up to the windows waited and then knocked, still no one came so my passenger went inside to wait while they were not busy and for associates to be standing around on their phones not doing anything. I finally got someone to answer the phone to which they told me I must have not been close enough to the speaker. Ridiculous.

Order food on the app before they opened came to pick up the food and watched people eating inside and the food was not done the food said it would be done 10 minutes before I arrived

Food was very good. Service was also very good but there was a guy in the kitchen, not sure if he was a supervisor but he was giving the rest of the staff attitude and stressing them out. He kinda ruined the atmosphere. Some items from our order were missing but it got handled. The folks behind the counter were doing their very best for how busy it was.

Was greeting by an older lady behind the counter that was the sweetest person I’ve met. Customer service was beyond 💯!
Wish we had that kind of service back here in Ontario with the same companies employees when coming in for food

Haven't been in a while. Was Pleasantly surprised today. Food was hot and fast. New fries are a hugh improvement over the old wedges. Place was really clean.

If you have a mobile order or uber eats or door dash, they don’t care you go straight to the bottom of the list. Was there 55 minutes yesterday for a door dash order. Pathetic!
I'm not sure how they do there coleslaw but everytime we have been there lately it has been either just made or hasn't set long enough. Don't get me wrong it's good but to crunchy like the dressing hasn't had time to soak in. It's just not the same as the original slaw which is very disappointing and I don't know if they are under staffed or just unprepared due to the fact that the extra crispy chicken I ordered is always 7 to 10 minutes from being done. A couple of the times we were there it wasn't busy so it's not like they just sold out... We are thinking that instead of driving to Meadville we will just get our chicken from Chicken to Go in Greenville.

Messed up the order completely. Ordered chicken tenders and received a 4 piece meal. Double charged for sides. The wait was outrageous. Will not eat at this restaurant again. What a shame KFC used to be a good restaurant
Very disappointed they changed there tenders does not look like the picture they have on the screen! So if there guna change them! Change the stupid picture on the screen! Will no longer go back to KFC. Waste of money for 4 tiny tenders that were the size of nuggets!
