the staff at the Meadville KFC must not know what a Combo meal is suppose to come with or is, I ordered a combo instead charged for the sandwich and drink separately and no fries, which came out to be more then the combo would have been. Got everything I paid for but would’ve been nice to have gotten what I ordered, if it was a crazy rush time it would be more understandable.

Got the wrong kind of chicken, shorted me on the wrong chicken. Lost the gravy I ordered and didn’t put gravy in my wife’s mashed potatoes. Not the first time lately at this location, they’ve gotta bad the last couple months.

Of all the choices in the Meadville area we continue to revisit this KFC store! The management and employees are very friendly and professional. Today they were out of biscuits and the manager said he gave me an extra chicken breast! The chicken pieces were huge! And the coleslaw was the best we’ve ever had, nice and cold, too! The order thru the drive thru was accurate and the meal was nice and hot. The sauces were added as well. Great job, KFC! We wish the stores in Erie were as good.
I had Put in an online order didn't get the $2 worth of sauce I paid for, while that isn't the main issue I also didn't receive the plates or silverware we requested, and the large gravy we ordered was a small. The fries have the taste and texture that they've been there for 30-40 minutes and I only live a few minutes away as well as the chicken we ordered was okay but was pretty greasy and the Mac and cheese had a mushy texture. Very disappointed I feel like I would have been better off going to the Walmart deli at the right time.

Ordered online. We'll got home and no biscuits. The chicken nuggets were so dry and overcooked inedible. Mashed potato bites had gravy all over them because the lid was only half on the gravy. Finally the pie bites are so dry worse thing ever hardly any filling just pastry. Won't be ordering here for quite some time

I buy chicken from this location often and it's usually very good however the chicken I got today was very underdone and I had to put it in the oven. The tenders I bought were burnt. What happened.
