They lack in listening to peoples orders! I asked for a 16 piece tender bucket and four sides, all we got was the sides after the guy said okay to the 16 piece tender bucket, how are you going to feed a family with just sides! You can't even call it a dinner without the main part of the order "the chicken" the place is called Kentucky fried chicken not Kentucky fried sides!!! Pay attention to what people are asking for. And don't try to rush them to place their order it just makes the company look like they don't care!! My family will not be back to this KFC until they get a new staff that actually can take an order properly!!!

If I could rate this place as a zero I definitely would! Rude, ignorant, I am a door dasher I sit there for at least 10 minutes before I get even acknowledged, than they are extremely rude! There is a line out the door and NONE OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE EVEN BEING WAITED ON and the first people have been waiting to order for almost 20 minutes!!!!! This place needs shut down! They done lost my business and my families! I will be also sharing my experience with friends coworkers, etc!
