Went in for a hot and ready, waited 25 minutes, then 2 people walked in and ordered a hot and ready, she gave it to them and told me it would be 5 more minutes, which turned into 15.

I got the crazy puffs . They were very good . They could have cooked them a few minutes less so they were less brown . I got the garlic sauce to dip them in . The guy at the counter was nice too . They were fast too !

I have yet to order online and pick up from their automatic reserve rack, which customers can go right in and get their order in literally seconds, as I have observed. But they make their pizzas so fast anyway.

Service is awful, management is worse, and the food is inedible actually. I've seen them clean the pizza warmers with degreaser WITH food in them. Save your money and get pizza at dominoes. At least you won't end up in the er.
Parking: It's literally impossible to park there. Especially during any kind of rush.
