Staff was rude and told me they were going on break and couldn’t be able to help me. Food was priced higher than most other McDonald’s for some reason including $2 fountain drinks and the prices on the menu did not match prices that they charged.

I am there pretty often for my caramel macchiato (so glad they're back!) this location in particular has made me some of the best caramel macchiatos.

EVERY time I come to the downtown meadville McDonald's I am either (A) forgotten about while waiting for my food/coffee and having to wait well over 10 minutes while NOONE is in line or (B) they try to serve me a half full coffee.(then forget about me when making a new one to the point I have to go inside and just ask for a refund because they STILL yet did not make my coffee after waiting almost 15minutes. I will forever go to the McDonald's by Walmart now as clearly the managers and supervisors there know proper customer service.

Very upset with my meal today. I asked for one snack wrap and they charged me for two and I didn’t realize until I was far from the establishment. This isn’t the first time however. Everytime I go to this specific McDonald’s, they are rude. At one point an employee yelled at me through the window even though I was unable to move up. I advise you go to the other McDonald’s in Meadville.

I just went to buy a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe at the drive thru and the young cashier didn't tell me to pull forward but once I decided to, I got the sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes. Cost me $7 for this? Maybe if they hire high school students they should check their report card first?? 🙄🤨

My husband and I stopped to grab breakfast, 4th of July morning 🇺🇸 and food was great to be completely honest. The woman who took our order was very nice and you need more like her!!
Always understaffed because of how horrible customers can be and I feel for them every time I go in there. They all deserve better.

I went in this morning to order a large diet coke and a small water. They refused to give me water even as I willing to pay because it's against their policy. Until this place is willing to serve customers water I will not be back.

I was shocked to come here and see bad reviews! We just moved to the area but have little ones and have been here a bunch of times. the fries are ALWAYS fresh and hot (one time they werent and I noticed because theyre always on it), the staff are always friendly and patient. We use the app which glitches a lot and they are very apologetic and helpful. We always use drive-thru and they keep it moving!
