This McDonald's is the epitome of poor customer service. I come here once a week and buy 12 breakfast sandwiches for the staff where I work, it's like a weekly thing we do and I'm always the one who stops and gets them. The workers at this restaurant need to go through customer service training. They don't make eye contact; they don't say have a nice day, they don't say thank you, they don't ask if there's anything you need, etc. you pull up, they say nothing not even a total, I have to ask almost every single time. Then they just hand you your card/change back ask if you want a receipt and shut their little window: that's it. There's no customer service what so ever. I guess those days are gone but ppl do still care about that stuff and I've had it, I'm taking my business to Burger King for our once a week sandwiches. The tall kid with black hair is the worst. The girl w glasses and freckles is a close second. Awful McDonald's I do not recommend

Order food for dinning and was not brought to my table, I had to go get it. Also it always freezing inside the lobby, it’s 34° outside and the air is on, the McDonald’s up the hill is the better one for sure.

Should be a negative button bc they're morons that expect $20 an hour but deserves $2.00 a day! Couldn't get 2 meals right a #1 medium with a coke and a #6 medium with a coke. We got a big Mac a double cheeseburger and a coke. NOT EVEN ONE FRIE!
