New Imperial Chinese Buffet

We stopped for lunch, the cost of the buffet was reasonable ($24 for two), but the food on the buffet was not much good. Food was lukewarm at best, most of the dishes were chicken based, the chicken in the food was all dark meat and very small pieces, etc. The smart move would have been to something freshly prepared on the grill, but there was no cook at the grill and we did not realize the grill was open until we were done eating.

My friend loves it, but she's a simple pallete person. We all need a place to eat, but this one is too bland for me.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This was the worst buffet I have ever been to in my life. The food was undercooked and nasty as hell. Chicken had no flavor and the rice was stale. Not many food selections to eat from either.. I truly felt like I was eating out of a dumpster can. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. The establishment was also not very clean and they charge you as soon as you walk in $15 and that’s without eating. The staff just sit in the back and fall asleep without putting fresh food out. Just terrible overall!

All the food on the bar was fresh and well attended to. Very delicious fare.

the crab rangoons were empty and the general TC was in a runny flavorless liquid with no spice. I will never go there again. It was disappointing.

Food here is horrible. Old food mixed with charging my 2 year old as an adult. Not even a shred of quality here. The food isnt rotated to lower their costs and it shows. Dry and rubbery everything. Somebody should honestly call the health department. Never returning.

Definitely did not seem like acceptable food. Food smelt unpleasant from stand near food bar. A bit of grime on self-service dishes. Unkempt floors. Left, did not eat or drink. Did not even try to ask for the cash back.

A former shell of the great place this restaurant used to be. 2024, still doesn’t take card, didn’t take card in 2007 either. Food variety is 1/4 what it once was, and most of it is stale/has been sitting out for a long time. The fountain drinks taste “off” as well. Can’t recommend this place anymore. Not what it was when I was a kid.

I came from Ohio with my sisters and the food was disgusting!!
I wound not recommend this to anyone..very poor quality..cold and nasty ! We told owner and they gave us back $8.00 ...seriously we didn't eat anything.....never again !!!

My husband and I went there greeted friendly, but she was the only one working so there, I don’t normally leave reviews but the food was not good at all. Bland cold and I was so worried I was going to get sick that night , thankfully I didn’t.. I think they need to get someone who knows how to cook Chineese food, We have been to a lot of them and this by far someone who hasn’t cooked much at all.
