They used to have the best chicken salad sandwich in town. I made it a point to come here specifically for that today and what a huge disappointment! They have changed the chicken salad to the cheapest chicken you can use and the dressing now has zero flavor! So I took two bites and discarded it. Moving on to the pasta salad that I also loved so much...Noodles were either very very old or just not totally cooked through at all. Very disappointed today. ?

Very friendly staff and great cappuccino
A $10 sandwich wasn’t worth it. Very small and did not have all the meat. Counter help wasn’t very informed. Won’t be back.

Asked for small gave medium smoothies instead. Probably just wanted to charge me more money. Also got my order wrong, asked for chicken pesto sand which got a chicken sandwich

Staff seemed to be bothered we were even there. Order came out wrong even after I emphasized twice I wanted to have my sandwich without egg. Food was barely warm and not very good quality. Would not stop here again.

They never give you enough cream cheese to cover a bagel. I would rather support a local business, but man Dunkin at least gives me enough cream cheese to cover a bagel.

The staff was really sweet today, I actually tipped her too, but no one paid attention to what I actually ordered. A flatbread sandwich no tomato, still wanted the Brie, no avocado add mayo. Only to get my sandwich with Avocado all over it. This happened quite often so I stopped going for a while. Decided to give them another chance and what do you know, they failed to pay attention again. The place would be great if they paid attention to paying customers.

I'm not sure how this place has a 4.5 review. I had a West Coast sandwich. The "fresh turkey" was cheap deli meat. There was no avocado and the tomatoe was sliced so thin it seemed rotten. My husband had a Sunday @Grandmas. Again cheap deli meat. The cheddar was practically non existent. Good thing there was a cherry tomato in the pasta so it could be labeled "pasta". Chips need to be upgraded to at least kettle cooked. Way overpriced!
Very good food. Nice little restaurant

We were in Meadville for the total eclipse. The population of this little tiny town swelled during this time. We went to the Pampered Palate 3 times during our short stay. We first went there after I googled ’best coffee in Meadville’. It was very good coffee. We went back later for lunch and had terrific sandwiches. And, again the next morning for coffee and a donut. All the food was very good. But, mostly, I would like to say how pleasant everyone was. I doubt they ever get as crowded as they were on the day of the eclipse, but everyone continued to be friendly and I’m sure they were exhausted. Thank you, Pampered Palate for everything.

When it's good, it's good but not consistent. I've ordered coffee and sometimes it's really good and other times it's terrible. I get oatmeal, alot and sometimes it's amazing bit last few times they forgot the spices that are in it and it tastes terrible.
